Butterbrook Coach House in Harford, Devon, sleeps five people in two bedrooms.
Butterbrook Coach House is a smart tranquil Devon cottage in the Dartmoor hamlet of Harford near Ivybridge. The cottage sleeps five people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom with additional 2'3"child's folding bed. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove and a smart kitchen with dining area. Outside is a sunny enclosed courtyard with furniture and gas barbecue and forty acres of meadows and woodland beyond, leading to open moorland. On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park and about ten miles from lovely Mothecombe beach, Butterbrook Coach House is a fabulous base for discovering the delights of Devon. Please note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome - a supplement of £30 per dog is payable. Note: Pets are not allowed to go onto the furniture and beds, or to be left alone in the property
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed courtyard garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - additional charge of £30 per pet per week (no cats). The scenery in this area of South Devon is glorious in all weathers and offers visitors opportunities for walking, pony trekking, canoeing, fishing and lazing on the beach.
