The Positano apartment of "Casa Vacanze Bouganvillea" is located in Erchie di Maiori (Sa), in the Amalfi Coast, a short distance from the beach. Located in a central area of ​​the coast, it connects very easily to the beautiful Amalfi and Ravello and the archaeological excavations of Pompeii and Paestum.

Thank you Raffaele for making our Amalfi coast holiday wonderful.Your advice and immediate assistance with all our queries was outstanding.The apartment is spacious,has everything you need for a self contained stay and has water views from the balcony.If you are looking for a quieter location for your Amalfi holiday and away from the frantic pace and noise of more popular towns,Erchie and Cetara are fantastic little towns to enjoy a more “local” Amalfi experience.

The apt is very cute, cozy and comfortable. Great for a one or a couple and small child. The area is quaint, with limited access to restaurants and shops, but close to the bus stop with transportation to a larger town 5 mins away.The apt is fairly limited on supplies, so bring all that you need for soaps, washes, etc. Host is amazing, great communications and offered excellent recommendations for outtings.

Amalfi stay

The property was fabulous, just as advertised. Beautiful bougainvillea surrounding the terrace with outdoor table and chairs a lovely place to relax and stunning views over the bay.Raffaele was fantastic, he provided great information when we checked including timetables for the local ferries, buses and even a phone number for the local taxi if we wanted to have food and a drink in one of the local restaurants. He also gave great insights into places to visit, Ravello is a must, a haven and a Heavenly spot. The path of the Lemons walk is beautiful, with a stop off along the way for home-made lemonade. Vietri sul Mare is a stunning little village 7 km away, is full of beautiful clothes shops and stunning ceramic studios, an absolute must. A beautiful house in which to stay, with a super helpful host and the amazing places on the Amalfi Coast to explore. Highly recommended, Gina and Donal

Amazing!

Raffael was an amazing host. We were stuck at the train station in Salerno and he picked us up. He also gave us a ride back when we were leaving. The property was beautiful! And the beach was perfect. I would 100% recommend this property. If I ever find my way back to the Amalfi Coast this is where I will stay!

Wonderful experience with the home and host

This home is wonderful and idyllically placed in the small beautiful town of Erchie. The rest of the Amalfi coast is easily accessible via bus or Ferry. Our host, Raffaele, was fantastic and gave us many great tips and even helped us pay for the parking ticket we got a few days prior.

Loved this place!!

The host is amazing, so nice and knowledgeable. Made sure we knew all the best places to go and that our stay was enjoyable. The place was great very roomy with a super comfortable bed and great kitchen. Definitely would recommend. Erchie is smaller than we thought but a very nice place to relax with a beach.

Sonniger Aufenthalt an ruhigem Ort

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem wunderbar gelegenen Appartement verbracht. Raffaele war ein freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber. Schlafzimmer , küche und Bad haben alles, was man braucht. Das Mobiliar des Wohnraums ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht besonders gemütlich (im Sommer wahrscheinlich weniger wichtig). Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.Im Unterschied zur übrigen Amalfiküste ist Erchie ein Hort der Ruhe.

Bouganville Holiday

This VRBO stay was fantastic, the facility is more than adequate and just a short walk to the main community beach front. The Host made our stay perfect. We took advantage of the paid secure parking and the host was kind enough to shuttle us to and from the ferry for our stay on Capri. The view was amazing and so was the host!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt an der Amalfiküste

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus Bougainvillea sehr genossen! Erchie ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort, mit einem hübschen Strand, wo man in Ruhe in einer sonst sehr touristischen Gegend einige Tage verbringen kann! Da es nicht direkt an einem Hafen mit Fährschiffen liegt, fährt man am besten mit einer Navette zum nöchsten Hafen in Cetara, wozu man alle notwendigen Infos beim Gastgeber erhölt.

Lovely relaxing stay

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has beautiful views of the sea. Erchie is quiet but you can easily get to other towns nearby, if you are looking for more. Tranquil little town

We really like the atmosphere of the small town and the people were very nice. Small & Quiet! Raffaele is great, he even gave us a lift to the train station on our last day - all the while explaining some of the local architecture, and trades... This place is just a few minutes from Cetara, where you can eat at an absolutely wonderful restaurant: "Alici come Prima." We would definitely visit again!

A Hidden Romantic Paradise

It is hard to put into words the beauty of our experience in the beautiful town of Erchie. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. I want to start right away speaking about our incredible host, Raffaele. We do not speak Italian and his communication with us was always very quick and clear and kind. He not only picked us up from the bus stop but he also scheduled us a beautiful boat cruise tour along the coast. He obviously has great care for this home and it shows. The property was impeccably clean and had all the amenities you would need for a very comfy stay. The view that welcomes you from the patio is absolutely stunning, overlooking the ocean in one direction and the mountains in the other. The pink bougainvilleas on the pergola overhead makes this place feel like a dream. When we come back to Erchie, there is no other place we will stay. Also, it is WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH!!!! This was a big benefit for us. The town of Erchie is quiet, right on the coast, has a couple lovely restaurants, and is the perfect place to relax, drink good wine, and connect with loved ones. My husband and I love to adventure and explore the world and have really stayed in a range of spaces through our years and Raffaele's home has that special touch that makes you never want to leave.

Fantastic apartment . Would return

We have stayed all over Italy for the past month and this is our favourite. Raffaele is fantastic . Quick to respond and even met us at the bus station and helped carry our bags . The town is a gorgeous small Town away from the Amalfi Crowds but easy access to rest of Amalfi by bus or boat. The apartment was very clean , had everything you need including great Wi-Fi. A great outdoor space With fantastic views of the water and mountains . Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment . Leanne and Sue
