This is a large 3rd floor 1 bed apartment (73 sqr meters in total) in DOLCE VITA complex of Deveni resort on the front line with main living area opening to balcony that offers full view of the surroundings and also views over the bay to Nessabar and Sunny Beach.

The apartment is tiled through-out, has air conditioning units in main living area and bedroom, a bathroom complete with shower & bath, an inner hall, a huge living room with an open plan kitchen and a balcony leading from it - giving magnificent views of the sea and bay area.

Apartment allows for full self-catering with dining seats for 4 and further seating in the balcony. There is a huge lounge area and two sofa's that can convert to a double beds. A set of attractive PVC full length double glazed windows and door leads from the lounge to a well designed balcony that faces the sea and the sun - great for getting a tan. The apartment is built on high ground thus offering panoramic views of the surrounding sea and coastal area.

Of real benefit is the location of the resort. It is front line and on high ground thereby offering great views. It is a few minutes to the beach and is also right next to the Sveti Vlas village (albeit small town really) thus offering easy access by foot at any time.
Roughly 5km away is the lively resort of Sunny Beach is 5km. It can be reached by taxi or a cheap and regular bus service which stops outside the Resort. Sunny Beach is a very busy seaside tourist town which has a buzzing atmosphere and an abundance of bars shops restaurants nightclubs and fun! The perfect place to party all night!
Also across the bay from the apartment is the ancient town of Nessebar, a 3000 year old settlement and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It boasts 10 splendid mediaeval churches and has a lovely ancient streets where there are some fabulous restaurants with an amazing sea view and plenty of tourist shops. You can get to Nessebar by water taxi from the marina. This is a great trip with an excellent view of the whole bay including Sunny Beach or if you prefer there is a bus service which runs every 20 minutes from outside the Resort.
There are lots of bus excursions, boat rides, walking, horse riding, water sports on offer and car hire is available from several local Tourist service centres. These include for example a 2 day coach trip to Istanbul, a tour of Sofia and The Rila Monastry, The Blue Mountain and Zheravna, Sozopol and a river cruise on the Ropotamo river or Varna and its Dolphinarium. A Bulgarian village theme excurison which will take you through some typical villages near St Vlas and will acquaint you with the unique Bulgarian folklore. Enchanting programme of dances and songs.
