Comfortable apartment in a quiet area with private parking, ideal for 4 people.

The apartment is 35 m2 for up to four people with a balcony.

The apartment is on the second floor without elevator.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen area (it was completely redone in 2018): oven, microwave, fridge / freezer (new in 2018), hob, coffee maker, kettle ..
A convertible sofa for 2 people.
The bedroom has a new double bed (purchased in 2019) noise-free fan (purchased in 2019)
The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.
You have private and secure parking.
Washing machine available in the apartment.
Electricity was redone in 2018.

A deposit of 300 € will be requested upon arrival.

Sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided.

The apartment must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. If this is not the case, the cleaning fee of € 50 will be deducted from your deposit.

Animals of small sizes are accepted provided that their owner expressly ensures that they do not commit any degradation and no gene towards neighbors.

It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:

more than a month before the rental takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid,

less than a month before the rental takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause.

Located not far from the city center of the Giens peninsula:
You will find restaurants: like Le Grand Baie, Chez Jo, Le Provencale, Le Pradeau Plage ...
You will also find an ice cream parlor, the Post office, a Supermarket, the Doctor, Dentist, Souvenir shops, Baker, Bars, small fishing port 10 mins walk (Port du Niel).

Every Tuesday morning there is the local market which is within walking distance. Otherwise there is a Géant Casino 10 kms away (also accessible by bus number 67).
Every Saturday morning there is the local market in the center of Hyères (also accessible by bus number 67).

Right next to the residence there is a Pharmacy.

Close to the Almanarre beach and the Sheepfold (about 10-15 min on foot) as well as magnificent coves (by the coastal path).

The accommodation is located near the boats of the Fondue Tower for departures to the island of Porquerolles Port-Cros or the Ile du Levant (about 2kms by car, also accessible by bus number 67, there is a 20-minute crossing on a boat)

Very pleasant region to explore by bike, as there are numerous cycle paths.

Transport: For travelers without means of transport, there is a bus stop right next to the residence (Hôpital Renée Sabran).
Line 67 of the Mistral network provides the link between the Giens peninsula and Hyères.
