Idaira is a brand new independent complex located in a quiet and residential area of Los Cristianos, consisting of three spacious and bright non-smoking apartments with two bedrooms each. The Idaira I apartment of 72 m2 of interior and 30m2 between the two terraces, is fully equipped with a very modern style but at the same time very cozy. The third bedroom can be booked as an additional extra. Los Cristianos beach and Las Vistas beach are about 2 min. by car and about 10 min. walking.

Idaira is ideal for guests looking for a single apartment, but also for large groups or families who want to spend a vacation together but still have some privacy. In the town of Los Cristianos you can enjoy all kinds of events; as restaurants, cultural center and auditorium with a wide range of concerts and events, flea markets, etc. It is connected to the rest of the Island by a large bus station and taxi stand; and you will not be short of supermarkets or pharmacies for your daily needs.

Los Cristianos is a coastal and tourist town where you will not be short of things to do. It has all kinds of leisure, both for adults and for the little ones. Only 2 min. walking distance there is a sports center where you can practice all kinds of sports including swimming and tennis. You can reach the beaches, the various restaurants and shops also walking distance, and the cultural center and the Infanta Leonor Auditorium are just a few minutes away.
The bus station that can connect you to any location of the Island, including airports, is about 5 minutes walking distance; and there are several Taxi stops. The closest to only 2 min away.

This apartment is gorgeous. Itā€™s spotlessly clean, with everything you need for your stay. It is modern, spacious and has a beautiful really large terrace which gets the sun all day. The location is excellent, close to good cafes and an easy walk to the seafront.

Wonderful Penthouse

This place was amazing, from the first step till the end we loved our stay Great views of the mountain and in a brilliant location just a 5 min walk to the beach/restaurants/shops. Easy and great communication with Janine, Amazing host and had lots of utilities already in the house. Five star and would recommend it to literally anyoneā€¦

Just returned from 2 week stay. The apartment facilities were excellent, quality furnishings ,large balcony with sunshine all day. Location about 10/15 mins walk to beach and bus estacion with good regular connection to all areas within 10 mins walk . Janine the host always available if need be but we had no issues during our stay to require her attention. Would highly recommend this apartment . We have booked a return trip next year. Gordon

Loved our months stay in Idaira 1. Beds and sofa so comfortable, kitchen well equipped and washing machine/ dishwasher tablets supplied, as well as some toiletries. The sun terrace was definitely the feature we loved best. The location is pretty central to most restaurants, bars and the bus station. Also there was a wonderful sea front walk to Las AmĆ©ricas taking about 20 minutes. Weā€™re both in our 70s so found the climb up to to the apartment a bit of a challenge but we had been warned in the reviews. A bottle of water in the fridge would have been appreciated, we didnā€™t arrive till very late and the small local stores closed at 10pm so we had to walk around an unknown area looking for a 24 hour store to buy some. All in all a wonderful holiday and weā€™ve already booked a months stay next April.

Lovely house

Stunning flat. Very clean with all mod cons. Was a short walk to front. Wrap around terrace was great. Communication with host was also very good although proper check in and full address would have been a bit more helpful maybe 24 hours prior to arrival and not as I got off the plane. ( a very small inconvenience) Iā€™m a more residential area. All in all I would recommend here as was great value for money and the host was lovely.

Fab week in Tenerife

We stayed in JAnine's property below last year, and booked the penthouse this time round. We knew what we were coming to stay in, and weren't disappointed either. The penthouse is fab fab fab. So much outdoor space to catch the sun from sunrise to sunset. The penthouse is well equipped with all the mod cons. It did take 4 adults about 20 minutes to work out how to use the oven. Couldn't find the operating instructions, and YouTube/Google were no help on this occasion!!! We hope to come back again same time next year šŸ¤—

Beautiful apartment

The apartment (top of building) was simply stunning. Spacious and well equipped with all mod cons. Superbly terrace. Nice inland views night and day. Easy car parking. The location is in a rather scruffy residential part of the old town and is up slopes or steps to return from the resort front and local restaurants. Itā€™s quite an easy walk to shops which are plentiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spacious apartment

A lovely modern comfortable apartment with loads of room and a huge balcony. Very convenient location for the centre of Los Cristianos just a few minutes walk away. it suited us perfectly and will now be the first choice for our trip to Tenerife each year. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and washing machine detergent are supplied which was great. As mentioned elsewhere, the entrance to Idaira 1 is on Calle La Montanita (No 15) if arriving by taxi with luggage.

Second time at this beautiful apatment

This is the second time in the last three months we have stayed at this apartment. It's the closest you will get to home from home. The apartment is very modern and spotlessly clean throughout with a very large sun terrace.A very good location for all amenities including los Cristianos town centre, all the lovely beaches and not far from las Americas. We would highly recommend this place and hopefully returning again very soon. Thanks once again Janine.

Un apartamento ideal en Los Cristianos

Un apartamento muy nuevo, limpio y bien situado en Los Cristianos. Nos ha gustado mucho. Muy recomendable. Jani ne ha estado muy atenta y disponible en todo momento vĆ­a WhatsApp. Muy cerca de SĆŗpermercados y a menos de 10 minutos andando de la playa. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, muy amplio y luminoso.

Lovely Apartment with great balcony

We love this apartment itā€™s bright airy and modern. Quite a few steps when coming from the town so not suitable for everyone but Taxis are cheap and the huge balcony more than makes up for it if you like the sun. Marvellous accommodation

our stay in the Idaira apartments was brilliant. The accommodation was of a very high standard and fully merited the 5 stars that we have awarded. we have visited Tenerife on a number of occasions and this has to be close to the best accommodation we have stayed in. Though it does not affect our view of the property I would suggest that when providing information to locate this particular apartment I would give the address as the upper street and not Roque de Jama as the entrance to this apartment is on the upper street and it is quite a climb particularly if you have to carry heavy lugguage,
