Cosy Apartment in Central Marrakech

A large and cozy apartment available for couples, families or business travelers in the heart of Marrakech.
Located in a quiet street of modern Gueliz: Marrakesh central and modern district. You're near to everything: The Eden shopping mall is a five-minute walk away, most of the restaurants and bars are around.
Luckily, our street is very calm, so you should enjoy a peaceful stay.
You can easily get here by:
- taxi (they're everywhere and roam around the city)
- motorbike or car.

The Apartment:
A couple-room with a balcony, perfect for a family sojourn, a couple getaway in the amazing Marrakesh.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a secured building. It has:
- One en-suite bedroom with an amazing super-king-size bed, private bathroom with deckchairs and private bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, drawers, A / C,
- One large living / dining room with sofas that make ultra-comfy beds by the night (or for a well-deserved afternoon nap!). A modern dining table will perfectly host your meals. A / C and TV with international channels. The living room has its own balcony, where you'll love the fresh air as the night comes down.
- One kitchen with all appliances (fridge, micro wave, oven, coffee machine ...) where you will love planning your day ahead. Then, head to the kitchen to your marvelous breakfast and how to be wonderful in Marrakech. You can use all appliances, including the washing machine and detergent.
- An all-equiped bathroom (shower with hot water, toilets, cupboards).
- There is one parking space in the basement that you can also use.

Please note that NO "occasionally" girlfriends / boyfriends can be invited in the apartment. If you wish to have your own guests, they have to be declared during the reservation. In any cases, all the persons who come to the door to their passport / ID card. If not, the security guard at the gate of the buiding will not let you in. Cameras (CCTV) are also there for the security of the building.

As I am not always in Marrakech, you probably will not see me. But my greetings on your arrival, show you the apartment. Should you need any help or advice, do not hesitate to contact them!

And, great bonus: my sister-in-law is an incredible cook. The first thing I do not know when I'm going back to Marrakech. So if you fancy (and you should) an amazing home-made tajine for one lunch or dinner, you can definitely ask her.
Please note: While you are doing so, you need to know how to do it. Obviously, it is not included in the renting price, but, believe me, you will not regret it.

At the end of your stay, please clean up the place.
