VILLA AURORA IN MARZAMEMI 100 M. FROM THE SEA

The house Aurora has a distance from the sea of ​​100 m and is located in the seaside resort of Marzamemi, precisely Reitano area between the famous beach of San Lorenzo and the beach of the town where, in both places, you can enjoy a magnificent crystal clear sea, with the opportunity to choose among pebbles, cliffs and sand beaches, this last one is excellent for a family environment, as it has a free beach or equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and bars.
Inside the villa there is a comfortable garden with veranda, where you can enjoy wonderful meals with sea view. Furthermore, there is enough space for a maximum of 3-4 parking spaces. While inside the house you will find at the entrance the kitchen with table and chairs, sofa, television and air conditioning. There are also two rooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. House equipped with bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, including washing machine.
The distance between the house and the ancient fishing village of Marzamemi is minimal, in fact, you can drive in a few minutes, or on foot with a relaxing walk on the beach. The small fishing village rises and develops entirely on the sea, located a few kilometers from Pachino to the baroque Noto. Once in Marzamemi, the beauty of Piazza Regina Margherita will leave you breathless, a place where you can spend pleasant evenings with outdoor music, live shows, seafood restaurants, pizzerias and pubs. The two natural harbors are the setting for the village: the pit and the balata, the latter being the most characteristic due to its square shape, also the scene of events that animate the summer of Marzamemi. The whole village is pedestrian and you can leave the car in the convenient parking lots. Here in the evening the atmosphere becomes truly magical, not for nothing has been chosen as the location of several movies and also, in the last week of July, organize the international film festival, with various famous guests. The villa is located in a strategic place for a tour of eastern Sicily, in fact it is about 50 km from Ragusa ibla, 40 km from modica (famous city for chocolate), 20 km from ancient Noto (famous for its baroque and for the infiorata celebrated in May), 25 km from Avola, where you can visit the beautiful nature reserve of Cavagrande, as well as a few minutes drive, the oasis of vendicari and the beach of calamosche. In Portopalo instead you can enjoy the characteristic beach of carratois, but also the stacks of Carige, 10 minutes by car.
As for supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, medical guards etc. The closest ones you will find them in the country of pachino. In the 3 summer months the house is served fresh bread and breakfast every morning, transported by a van that will pass in the street, which will also spend the afternoon with ice cream.
