At the edge of the forest of Mervent-Vouvant, ideal setting for your walks on foot or mountain bike.
Rental for 3 nights minimum and 5 nights from 13/7 to 18/8/2019
House of 5 rooms on one level, surrounded by a garden NOT fenced and 50 m from a dairy farm.
NO WIFI but good connection with 4G (Bouygues)
Linen and towels Not provided
Only small pets are allowed in the house, otherwise a lot of outdoor space for older children (extra charge of 2 euros / pet / day)
A deposit of 250 Euros will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure.
End of stay cleaning charged 60 €
You will be located 5 km from the village where you will find:
- A small supermarket with bread deposit open 7 days a week, a hairdresser, a medical office (doctor, physiotherapist, osteo, chiropodist)
Within a radius of 4 to 5 km, you will enjoy:
- From the big lake for pedal boating, sailing dinghy, canoeing, paddle, electric boat or fishing
- Pierre-Brune amusement park
- Zoo Mervent
- From Pierre-Blanche's climbing site
At the day you can go to visit:
- The Marais Poitevin (40 min)
- The large park of Puy du Fou (50min)
- The city of La Rochelle (at 1:15)
- The beaches of the Atlantic (The fault on the Sea at 1:10)
- The Futuroscope (at 1h30)
