Comfortable and spacious apartment on the floor of a charming village house with terrace and garden access. Large living room (55 m²) overlooking a terrace (18 m²) facing south. Great view from all the rooms. In the heart of a picturesque village on Lake Annecy, near the cycle path linking Annecy to Savoie. Many departures of ballads from the house. Ideally located.

Housing
Comfortable, spacious, decorated touch after touch over the years. Like our other rentals, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Spacious and comfortable apartment for 2 to 4 people. The studio for 2 on the ground floor can serve as additional room and thus accommodate comfortably 6 people.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a bed of 160x200 in a room, 2 twin beds in the second of 80x200 (convertible into 1 bed of 160x200). Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a gas hob and a complete set of quality kitchen utensils, tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and two basins. Separate toilet. Towels are not provided. The apartment is heated.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, HiFi / mp3 player.
Terrace with table, chairs, store. Access to the adjoining garden with private area and electric plancha. Washing machine, dryer.
A private parking space to park your car.
