We have 3 fully equipped, non smoking cottages. You’ll find them nestled on 6 acres on the shores of the largest inland sea, the Bras d'Or lake in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada just 10 minutes from North Sydney. You are in the heart of golf country with 3 courses within 30 minutes of the cottages.

We have 2 two bedroom, one with deck and the other with sunroom with daybed and one bachelor cottage that has a queen size bed. There is a private sandy beach on the property for swimming and boating. All have full kitchens and baths. All linen, BBQ, full free fast internet access, playground for children, even firewood for the fire on the beach.
Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway or a romantic vacation.
‘View of the Sea Cottages ’ is located in the middle of Cape Breton island, 10 minutes from North Sydney and provides a beautiful setting to enjoy and explore all the beauty of the island. One and a half drive in any direction you are on another shore of the island.

We also happen to be just a few miles away from Donelda's Bird Watching tour and Bird Island boat tours that visits the Bird Islands - a nature sanctuary. Take a trip up North to the many beaches in the Highlands National Park or enjoy a Whale Watch tour.
The possibilities are endless!Please note that it is our policy to collect a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard), and retrieve a 50% deposit ahead of time to hold your requested accommodations. We are also required to charge 15% harmonized sales tax.
We are a pet friendly establishment. Pet fees are $25.00 to cover the additional cleaning needs.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our cottages according to Canadian law. There is a $150.00 room recovery fee for smoking inside any accommodation.
