An ideal place for families, walkers and cyclists. Just mins from Roè & Salò

The apartment is situated on the south-west coast of Lake Garda on a private olive oil and wine farm, perfect for those wishing to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. It is also perfect for families who enjoy animals and children can request to feed the animals with me. Walkers will find it a perfect location as walking paths are direct from the apartments. Cyclists will enjoy this location too as there are many cycling tours available.

The apartment is newly and tastefully decorated catering for up to 4 guests, however, there is another apartment below it that can be booked at the same time, for two families who wish to travel together but have the convenience of separate accommodation. There is a small balcony maximising on the beautiful views. The house is very light and spacious. On one side of the house you are surrounded by the beautiful chestnut forest which provides shade and fresh breezes in the evening. Hence the reason there is no need for air conditioning. The kitchen, dining area and separate living area provide all modern comforts. The bedrooms are very comfortable offering one double bed (main bedroom) and two single beds. All rooms have windows maximising on the beautiful views of the forest.

Your stay will have a low carbon impact, as all the power will be produced by our photovoltaic panels. Although there is no specific seating area, at the moment, guests can use the table and chairs situated just outside the house and enjoy the beautiful area that we live in. Children will find this area a paradise with plenty of area to explore in the forest and play.

Salò is just a 5 to 10 minute drive away. A historic town, great for walking, shopping and dining and boasts the longest promenade on the lake is perfect for taking in the beautiful views and culture of an Italian lake town. On Saturday morning the market comes to town and is the biggest on the lake, where it is possible to buy local produce from cheese, salamis, clothes and many artisan products. During the summer months you can enjoy alfresco dining and listen to live music.

Lake Garda offers many areas to access the beaches and swimming. The closest beaches are just 5-10 minute drive away in Salò, Portese and San Felice.

The location is very central allowing ease for day trips from Milan to Venice, Mantova, Verona and Brescia. Lake tours are also available.

Wonderful Stay Alongside New Year

We had a great time staying with Megan and Max, the apartment was really nice and spacious.Unfortunately we faced some issues with the heating which was fixed immediately despite the holiday season.We will recommend the place to our friends and are already thinking of going back there.A great calm place to be close to nature and the beautiful city of Saló.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem kleinen Berg, umgeben von einem Wald. Es gibt eine Zufahrt und das Haus befindet sich direkt am Ende der Straße. Die Gastgeber sind mehrsprachig, super hilfsbereit und haben super Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände und Restaurants gehabt. Absolute Empfehlung für Jeden. Super ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem Zentral. Wunderschöner Urlaub, vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Es war fast wie nach Hause kommen. Gerne wieder

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne und vor allem sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen ist es abends immer gut abgekühlt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Ende einer Stichstraße am Waldrand und an die schmale Straße hat man sich schnell gewöhnt. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es eine Flasche hauseigenen Rotwein. Megan und Max waren tolle Gastgeber und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank -> 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Supertolle Wohnung in der Natur

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie inseriert. Es war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Es war supersauber und die Möbel etc. in einem sehr guten Zustand. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk erwartete uns eigens hergesteller Wein und Olivenöl. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Megan und Max standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, gaben uns Tipps und reservierten sogar einmal in einem Restaurant einen Tisch für uns. Die Lage und Nähe zur Natur und den Tieren war für uns super! Sogar einen Dachs konnten wir abends beobachten. Unser kleiner Sohn, der sonst noch nicht wirklich sprechen kann, sagte plötzlich "Poppy", den Namen des Familienhundes :-) Um zur Wohnung zu kommen muss man über eine enge Straße fahren. Während wir beim ersten Mal noch Schweißausbrüche erlitten, so fanden wir die Straße am Ende unseres Urlaubes gar nicht mehr eng. Ein Auto wird schon benötigt, da der nächste Lebensmittelladen schon ein paar Min. entfernt ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Excellent spot for vacation

Property is excellent for people who appriaciate quitness and touch of nature. House is near to the village on top of mountain. Hosts are super nice and hospital. We got many tips where to go and tour in the farm was perfect essential we even didn’t expect. If you are looking for a real Italian experience - this is for you!

Gediegenes Ambiente, unweit des Gardasees

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Roe Volciano mit unseren beiden Kindern in der ersten Pfingstwoche sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen am Ende einer schmalen, steilen Stichstraße in ruhiger, naturnaher Umgebung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns in der geräumigen und modern renovierten Dachwohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung direkt wohl. Die Lage im Südwesten ist ideal für Ausflüge ins Gebirge oder an den See. Diverse Strände sind schnell erreicht. Wanderwege gehen auch direkt vom Haus aus weg. Im Ort findet sich unweit ein großer Supermarkt. Die netten Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und haben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Ein wirklich schönes Apartment

Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Megan und Max sind tolle Gastgeber und haben immer noch einen Ausflugstipp parat. Unsere Jungs haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten Poppy, den Hund der Gastgeber, am liebsten mitgenommen. Anstatt des Hundes haben wir uns dann aber doch für den hauseigenen Wein und das Olivenöl entschieden. ;0) Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits und sehr ruhig in einer wirklich schönen Umgebung. Auch hier gibt es schon einiges zu erkunden. We had a great time. Thanks!!!!

Rundum zu Frieden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr schöne Lage und trotz des warmen Wetters hat es sich abends und nachts gut abgekühlt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Schön fanden wir auch, das wir uns gut verständigen konnten da mehrere Sprachen gesprochen würden. Ganz lieben Dank noch mal an die ganze Familie für die tolle Unterstützung als unser Auto kaputt war. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Gruß Fam. Esselmann

Ganz wunderbar!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser superschönen Unterkunft. Megan und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ihr kleiner Hund war ein heissbegehrter Spielpartner meiner Kids. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach toll. Ruhig, nur Natur und in 10 Minuten ist man am See in Salo mit dem Auto. Den Kindern hat es auch super gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Rustige lokatie, mooie uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar meerdere stadjes aan gardameer en ook naar Verona. Heel aangename gastvrouw en gastheer. Perfect proper. Na wat zoeken toegangsweg gevonden, eerst uitdaging om helemaal tot boven te rijden, nadien ging het vlot.

Gemütliches und wunderschönes Zuhause:)

Die Wohnung hat uns allen unfassbar gut gefallen. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, es war sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden (bei Bedarf und Nachfrage wurde nachgefüllt), es gab genügend Möglichkeiten sich auch mal zurückzuziehen und wir sind jeden Abend sehr gerne in unser gemütliches neues Zuhause zurück gefahren. Zudem konnte man vom Standort her einfach Reiseziele in der näheren und entfernteren Umgebung gut erreichen. Die Fahrt zur Wohnung war jedes mal ein Abenteuer durch enge Gassen mit einem großen Auto - was aber auf jeden Fall machbar war und uns viele Lachanfälle beschert hat:) Megan und ihre Familie waren hervorragende und liebevolle Gastgeber, die sich jederzeit um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert haben. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen:)

Sehr liebevoll renoviertes, großzügiges Dachgeschossapartment

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich mit selbst gemachtem Rotwein und Olivenöl (kann man dort auch kaufen) empfangen (sprechen englisch, deutsch, französisch, natürlich italienisch). Die Wohnung hat viel Charme, ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen). Bitte nicht von den schmalen Straßen auf dem Weg zum Haus abschrecken lassen, daran gewöhnt man sich nach dem 2. Mal fahren. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Natur pur!

Die Wohnung ist top! Megan und Max haben uns so freundlich und herzlich aufgenommen, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zuhause gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ihr eigener Wein und Olivenöl (Willkommensgruß) sind ein Genuss. Mitten in der Natur und doch nicht weit von Salò. Die engen Gassen bei der Anfahrt haben ihr eigenes Flair. Freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen!!

Anfahrtsweg etwas schwierig, da Strasse zum Objekt sehr eng. Wohnung sehr schön und sauber. Leider keine Haken für Kleider vorhanden. Sonst weiter zu empfehlen.

Wonderful stay, & the most friendly hosts.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay in the beautiful Lake Garda, Roe Volciano. The apartment, and location was true to description, but what it didn't say is how much more beautiful the location was on the farm. The photos also do not reflect how nice the apartment actually is. We felt so welcome and relaxed at the property, we could really rest and spent so much time in the apartment as a family. The hospitality of the hosts was refreshing and first class, my daughter thought we were staying with Mummy's old friends ;). We learned so much from the tour of the Vin yard and how they nurture there produce. We will defiantly come back in early Autumn, late spring so we can discover the country side more, when it is not so hot and our daughter can walk further. Another bonus feature was the wine they produce, it is so pure and delicious to drink we have already made a good start on the 12 bottles we bought. Once again we would like to thank our hosts for such a lovely holiday. Thank you

Die Wohnung wie beschrieben, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, alles neu und modern. Toll, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal zurück.

We also grow our own organic vegetables which we share with family and friends. We feel very privileged to have such a beautiful place where we can bring up our two girls in such tranquility and beauty.

The family bought the property having lived in the city of Milan for over 30 years and wanted the space to relax and feel totally away from city life and return to their original routes being the Lake Garda. The property most certainly does this. However, it still has convenient access to all amenities all within a short drive.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway which is away from the crowds this property is definitely for you. During the day you are immersed by the sounds of bird life and at night get the added benefit of hearing some local nightlife - owls, badgers and even boars.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The biggest benefit of the property is that it's very spacious, which always surprises guests when they first arrive. This gives you the space to feel completely relaxed whilst staying here. The apartment is a loft apartment, however, it has high ceilings so it gives the feeling of a loft but without feeling enclosed. All the rooms have many windows which look out onto the forest and surrounding areas.
