Dear Sue, Thank your for your review, It is to our understanding that our property manager assisted you on the matter and was in constant contact with you regarding this situation. We provide safe boxes in all of our properties for guests to keep their valuables in it to avoid such situations. We were then informed by our property manager of the situation, and she made sure to be present for 3 hours while the police did their report, and provided the needed support along the way. Additionally, the locks were changed for you during the stay. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused during your trip, but our team did their very best to assist you and make you comfortable so that you would enjoy the rest of your stay.
