Villa Tesoro, meaning 'treasure', is your very own piece of paradise, situated in an oasis of tranquility. Inside this modern villa, there is plenty of space for everyone. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom as well as air conditioning (or heating depending on the season) to ensure you remain comfortable throughout your stay. There are 2 living rooms, 1 open plan and 1 self-contained, both with air-conditioning (or heating) so whether you're cosied up with a book, playing family games, relaxing in front of the TV, or even taking a nap, there are versatile spaces for everyone's needs. The kitchen is fully functional with a large open-plan dining area for all the family to share, or why not fire up the barbecue on the terrace?
The villa is positioned in an idyllic, quiet residential area, just 25 minutes from Palma airport. There are plenty of amenities on your doorstep, including restaurants, cafes and shops, within just a 5 minute stroll to the local 'High Street', Carrer De La Gran Via. At the end of the High Street, beautifully bordered on one side by the cliffs and on the other with Port Adriano's luxurious marina, you will find the beach - and why not stop off at the Italian ice-cream cafe on the way? El Toro beach is perfect for all ages, wide and sandy with a gentle slope into calm and clear turquoise waters. A lifeguard (in season) and showers are provided and you can either take a picnic or dine at Restaurante Playa El Toro, next to the beach, where you can enjoy tapas, paella, seafood and meat dishes, amongst others, with the perfect sea views and sunsets. Whether you prefer to relax or take part in water sports, El Toro beach caters for everyone. Steps away from the beach is the famous Port Adriano, renowned for its unique architecture, boutiques and international restaurants, as well as hosting various events throughout the year. Here you'll have wonderful views of the marina, with its mixture of day boats and super yachts, and you may even catch sight of the occasional celebrity, although the vibe here is sophisticated glamour rather than garish extravagance.
For families, there are 3 children's parks nearby (walkable distance), and the Water Park, Tree Top Adventure Park, Pirate's Show, Paradise Boat Trip, Katmandu Park are no more than a 10 minute drive, easily accessed by bus or taxi.
