THE CASA RAFI APARTMENT is located in the center of Chipiona, on the main pedestrian street of the town and only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the different beaches of Chipiona. The bright house is very well equipped, completely renovated with a very well-kept decoration and with modern touches, all in detail as shown in the photos.

The first floor apartment has a large, very charming patio for lunch and dinner outdoors. It has 3 bedrooms (1 of them with a double bed, 1 single with a bed for one person and 1 single with another bed for another person). All rooms are spacious.

It has exclusive internet for the apartment. The main bedroom facing the street is soundproofed with double glazing. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The kitchen is completely new and has all the necessary utensils.

As the apartment is in the center of Chipiona, you can walk to anywhere: Supermarkets, shops, cafes, banks, the Town Hall, the Tourist Office, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can buy all the products of our land, fish, seafood, meats, very varied fruit and plants.

Chipiona is a seafaring town that lives off the sea, tourism and the countryside where all kinds of products are grown. The cultivation of flowers that are exported to any part of the world stands out. Good seafood and fried fish can be tasted at any Chipiona bar or restaurant. Its iodine-rich white sand beaches are awarded the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe every year.

Chipiona is located 52 km from Cádiz, the capital of the province. Strategically located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River. Very close to the natural parks declared a biosphere reserve: The famous Doñana Park and the Grazalema Natural Park.
