Walk to the lifts AND to the pubs!!
Beautiful Attitash Mountain Village condo is in a great location and very family friendly. 2 full bedrooms plus 3rd bedroom loft. Sleeps 8 in 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunks. There is a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a leather sofa, love seat, recliner, a flat panel TV/DVD with cable and wifi, and an outdoor patio. The unit is in a great location, directly across the street from Attitash Mountain Resort (steps to Matty B's, pool, hot tub and game room), and just a short drive to Storyland and North Conway. Access to Saco River and hiking and biking trails. Just a 20 or 30 minute drive will bring you to Breton Woods, Wildcat Mountain and Mount Washington Auto Road!

Amenities include: Indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, game room, outdoor grilling area, exercise room, and a whole network of trails out to the Saco river. A/C (newly installed), Wifi, linens and towels included!

**NO CRAZY CLEANING RULES!! Our wonderful cleaning staff will take care of things so you don't have to spend your last day washing sheets and making beds. We just ask that you start the dishwasher (detergent provided) and drop your trash in the outside dumpster before you go. :)

This is the most amazing location right next to the tunnel to Attitash. The host was responsive to our emails. We arrived at midnight and had no problems getting our keys. Check out was seamless. This is not a luxury apartment but has everything you need for a family to cook and ski.

Another wonderful stay

For over 10 years families from our neighborhood have gone over to Bartlett to stay, tube down the Saco and spend some really great downtime w one another. The babies are 16 now, but all (even the 21 year olds) still expect Attitash to happen! Thank you for another wonderful year!

Great Stay

Perfect rental for a family (5 of us) or family +. Unit was exactly as described and the location was ideal. Short walk to slopes and easy walk back for lunch and at end of day. Parking was directly in front of the unit and the pool and restaurant are roughly a 1 minute walk. Even better communication with owners. Prompt responses and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Will rent here again!

100% Consistent each year

Becca and Paul have again given us a wonderful few days to gather with our neighbors, children and friends in Bartlett. The accommodations were updated this year (a lovely surprise), and the kitchen had everything that I could've asked for...I wish that I hadn't lugged as much up as I did! Thank you again to you both!

One week stay

Eight of us stayed on this unit designed to accommodate 8. While we could technically fit 8 people to sleep there, the unit did not really accommodate 8. We ran out of toilet paper and given that there were only 9 plates, many of which were cracked and chipped we couldn't successfully eat 3 neals per day as a gamilt. The showerhead was broken which also made accomodations difficult

I'm sorry that the condo did not meet your needs. I wish you had reached out to let us know during your weeklong stay and we would have rectified the issues. This is why I provided both my email and cell number. We could easily have sent over more toilet paper, additional plates (did someone remove half our plates?), and had someone fix the showerhead.

Good location, kind owners

We have rented other units at Attitash Mtn Village before, and continue to come back given the awesome location and convenience. While we don’t ski, I’m sure winter renters would love it - you can see the walking tunnel from the sliding glass doors! The owner was very helpful and responsive. We did have an issue with the quality of the cleanliness of the unit, but this was more related to the cleaning staff on site and the owner was very apologetic. Overall our stay was fine - but we all agreed if we’d stayed longer than 2 nights the mattresses on the bed really weren’t very comfortable! Could feel every spring...

Hi Jill, Thanks for the comments. I apologize again for the issue with the cleaners. If you had told us before you left, we would definitely have had the cleaners come in and make sure the unit was fully cleaned for you. Regarding the mattresses, we plan to replace them this fall. We spend all winter in the unit and don't haven't had an issue ourselves, but recognize that they can be uncomfortable for some. We hope you will stay with us again!

Beautiful Resort and Surrounding Area!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Our two kids enjoyed the playground and pool, as well as the wealth of outdoor activities to do in the area. The check-in process was very smooth, and the hosts were excellent communicators, sending detailed information before our trip and offering their personal cell phone number in case of any emergent needs (we didn't need to take them up on that offer but appreciate their availability nonetheless!)The unit itself was generally clean and comfortable, and it is well-stocked with cups, plates, and cookware. The AC systems work well at keeping the main floor cool and the second floor bedrooms cool as well. The third floor bunk beds do tend to get hot (we visited in June when the temperatures where in the mid to high 80s during the day), and there's a fan up there to help with cooling that area. But if you're someone who runs hot and you have 6 or fewer people to sleep, you might want to avoid those bedrooms in the warmer months.The one thing that I wish had been disclosed about the unit was that it has skylights in both bedrooms that do NOT have shades to block out sunlight. So when the sun rose circa 5AM in the summertime, so did my children. If you or any of your party need a dark place to sleep, I'd strongly recommend bringing a sleep mask.

Keith, thank you for the detailed review. I appreciate you letting me know about the issue with the skylights as this hasn't been mentioned to us before. I have updated my welcome email to inform our guests. We are currently looking into replacing the skylights and will be sure to get shades when we do. As the ceilings are so high, it's difficult to install shades as is. We are mostly there in the winter and haven't noticed it ourselves. Aside from the early risers, I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay! We hope you will choose to stay with us again in the future.

We were traveling with 6 adults and 2 small children. The set up for the rooms was odd at best. The room with one queen bed was fine, the other queen bed with the twin bunks were ok for my family with the little kids, 5 and 2. other than the fact that in order to get the kids to sleep you had to close these huge shutters that blocked out the only source of air from the A/C unit below. The only source of air were a couple of fans in that room.I little frightening to have this opening to the downstairs covered by only some shutters with both the queen bed and twin beds close by. The other weird thing was that the only access to the third floor bunks was through this same bedroom. And the third floor bedroom was open to that room as well It would not be the best place to sleep as a couple. Maybe a family with older children. The third floor was so small. Nothing but a fan as well. I knew that when I booked but it was especially tight quarters up there.The living room had a couch and a loveseat. Very worn furniture with some pillows that were dirty and coming apart. The kitchen bar had 4 stools and there was an additional bar style table with 2 seats. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups and utensils. The main burner on the stove did not work at all so a little challenging to cook on the other small burners. There was a grill nearby but it didn't work either. We had no matches or lighter in the unit to light it. Condo was in need of some updates.

I am sorry that the layout didn't work so well for you. I try to be as transparent as possible and believe we discussed the layout before you booked. I also show the window from the bedroom in our listing's photos. Regarding the stove and grill, did you let the front desk or maintenance know so they could fix any issues? All burners were working at our last visit, but now that I know, I will have maintenance take a look. Despite the issues you mentioned, I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and am glad you were able to take advantage of the extra night stay we offered you to be able to get an early check in for your little ones so they could get their nap.

Great location!

This place was the perfect location for a visit to Storyland and even downtown North Conway (about 10 mins away)! Rebecca was very accommodating and responsive and the place was perfect! Definitely will be returning!

Great Location

Perfect location! Right across from the mountain, quick walk to Matty B’s, pool, game room etc. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need and unit was very clean. Loved the gas fireplace. We almost brought friends for our kids and my only comment would be the 3rd “room” with the set of bunk beds would not be appropriate for little kids. But it was perfect for our family of 4. Owners were proactive and fast in all communications. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything you could need

This well equipped unit is located near the indoor pool and restaurant. It is clean, well laid out, and the property grounds are beautiful. We got takeout from the restaurant and the unit's kitchen is also equipped well for making a meal.
