From the airport you have two possibilities:
-Take a boat from the alilaguna line
- take a bus (I think the only one is line 5 but maybe there are others) towards Venice and get off at the terminus "Piazzale Roma"
from Piazzale Roma the water line 51 or 6 will take you to the Lido in 35 minutes.(last run departs at 00:18 from Piazzale Roma, otherwise you will have to take the night line N which is much slower and will take about 50 minutes)

If you come by train, in front of the station exit you can take the boat line 1 direction LIDO (terminus). After 45/50 minutes you will arrive at the Lido station where they all disassemble (terminus).
Now you are in Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta.
Following the lagoon in the direction of San Nicolò on the left, after a 5-minute panoramic walk (view of the San Marco basin) you will arrive at a "Total" distributor, at this point turning inside you will find "Via Marco Foscarini" which immediately crosses "Via Tiro "where the apartment is located at No. 12 (corner house).

If you arrive by car, take the ferry-boat to Tronchetto, this will take you directly to the island of Lido. At the ferry-boat exit, turn right and walk along the lagoon to the "Total" distributor, here turn left onto "Via Marco Foscarini" which immediately crosses "Via Tiro" where at No. 12 (corner house) the apartment is located.
