Both areas are connected to an incredible private terrace, where the beach and the sea are right below. The experience of having breakfast, dinner, or enjoying a drink while listening to the relaxing sound of the waves is truly revitalizing.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is adjacent to the living room and has all the necessary utensils for your comfort. On the same main floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), an en-suite bathroom, and views directly onto the terrace and the sea, offering unparalleled luxury. The second bedroom, facing the rear street of the house, is equally bright and peaceful. Additionally, there is another full independent bathroom on this floor.
Climbing up a second set of stairs, we find a large private terrace on the upper floor, much bigger than the one on the main floor. This terrace features artificial grass, a seating area with garden furniture, loungers for sunbathing, and unbeatable views of the sea and the beach, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
Pedregalejo Beach, the most exclusive beach in Málaga, is right in front. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
