Overall we enjoyed the location of the property and it served the needs that we had for our stay, to see the solar eclipse, beach and the surrounding area. The property on pictures looked better than in person. There was furniture on the upper outside deck that was unusable due to the cushions being worn through and the stuffing falling out. There is no dryer for clothes, only a washer, but the upper drying rack that was on the upper deck was broken and we had to go downstairs from the 3rd floor to the outside area on the first floor to hang our clothes out on the line. There were basic little things that were broken, the upper shower door in the master kept coming off of the track making it difficult to close completely to keep water from coming out onto the floor. There was no toilet roll holder in the downstairs bathroom, and the door was missing the metal piece to help pull it open on the outside of the bathroom, it was a sliding hidden wall door. Also, if we did not keep the air conditioner on, the place smelled moldy. The outside of the property had random items stacked in the corners of the property, overall detracting from the beauty. None of the beds had any blankets or coverlets, only sheets, which with the air conditioning on, (it was too hot outside to not have it on) made for not enough covers and we slept in our clothes the first night until we found some white comforters in a closet downstairs. Overall, we had a great time and place was clean!
