We are following the CDC and the Asheville Cares guidelines for keeping our apartment to the highest standards for disinfecting and cleanliness.
There are 3 decks for your enjoyment with panoramic views of both downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The first deck has a gas grill, a cocktail table and bench. You will want to spend as much time as possible enjoying time relaxing or dining on the second deck taking in the marvelous views. The 3rd deck is for indulgent resting on a double hammock or a game of ball toss.
The open living room/dining/kitchen are well appointed for your comfort while you enjoy your time together. There are 2 king bed bedroom suites at opposite ends of the apartment, which allow maximum privacy. All this, and you could walk to downtown, and only minutes drive to Biltmore Estates. There is ample, free, off street parking for 2 cars. Just a note; it is my pleasure to meet you when you arrive for check in and make certain if there is anything you might need, and please understand you can call upon me at any time during your stay if you wish. Otherwise, you are in the above described, very private space, undisturbed.
