A holiday apartment on the ground floor of the owner's house, with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. Excellent fishing conditions in the area. The owner has a motorboat available for rent, situated 2,2 km from the house in a harbour. The boat can be relocated to the house if the weather is nice, but have to be back in the harbour at night. The apartment has a fish cleaning table. Life jackets are included. There is no boat rental between November 1st and March 15th! Wi-Fi available. A 50-inch TV. Living room and kitchen was renovated in 2012. Stavanger is a 1-hour-drive away. A private parking by the house. Boat must be booked in advance. It is not possible to rent boat at arrival.
