Well-appointed holiday home situated on a secluded natural plot with partial views of the Limfjord – the view may at times be less visible due to the surrounding trees. The house is located approximately 100 meters from the Limfjord and a lovely child-friendly beach, where both children and adults can enjoy the water and waves. Despite the close proximity to the water, the dense vegetation around the property provides plenty of shelter and privacy. The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished with an open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room offers comfortable furniture, TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services, DVD player, and a stereo system with CD player. An HDMI cable is also available for connecting a laptop to the TV. From the large and bright living room, there is direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy dinner, the long summer evenings, and the beautiful sunsets over the Limfjord. The house also includes a gas barbecue for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The garden features various fruit bushes, which guests are welcome to enjoy freely during the season – perfect for a fresh snack straight from the garden or as a cozy addition to breakfast on the terrace. Within walking distance you will find Trend Kro and shopping opportunities at the nearby campsite. Several golf courses are located just a few kilometers from the house, and the location is an excellent base for exploring many parts of Jutland. Nearby you will find Trend Forest, and approximately 20 km from the house lies the unique natural area of Himmerland, whose heath landscapes inspired the famous Danish author Steen St. Blicher in many of his stories. The Limfjord is Denmark’s largest fjord and offers many child-friendly beaches as well as ideal conditions for various water sports. The Trend area is especially popular with surfers thanks to the excellent wind and water conditions. For excursions, you may visit Aalborg, Denmark’s fourth-largest city, located within comfortable driving distance. Within about one hour’s drive, you can also visit Jesperhus Blomsterpark with its thousands of flowers and family-friendly activities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
