10 person holiday home in Løkken

Well-kept cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large dune plot only approx. 200 meters from the sea in the scenic surroundings at Grønhøj Strand. From the living room there is a nice view of the dune area, while from a high point on the plot there is a little sea view. The house is continuously modernized, most recently in 2008. There is a living room in open connection with the kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating. From two of the bedrooms there is direct access to the terraces. The decor is tasteful and modern with solid furniture in Danish style and matching color choices in the decoration. The large windows ensure a nice light in the living room and an unobstructed view. Internet connection is 80/80 and the TV in the living room is a 49 & # 8221; Smart TV. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace area. For cheap space heating and not least cosiness, a wood-burning stove has been installed. The plot is hilly dune plot that borders directly on the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
