Well-kept cottage with beautiful views of the Little Belt and Genner Bay located in Løjt Ferieby in a beautiful area surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is located high and has a view of the sea and to Aabenraa Golf Club, which is a stone's throw from the house and has one of Denmark's best and most scenic 18-hole course. The house is well furnished and is i.a. equipped with 43 & quot; Smart TV, cable TV and free wireless internet. On the loft there is a small TV. In the holiday center there is free access to a communal swimming pool with a children's pool. The pool area is open in the period 15.05 - 15.09. There is a beach volleyball court, mini golf, large playground with slide, seesaw and bouncy castle as well as a football field in the common area. There is a short distance to a child-friendly beach, where there are also good fishing and surfing opportunities. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
