Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the experience of staying in an authentic trullo, surrounded by such beautiful scenery. Your three sunset photos really capture just how special the setting is — each one showing a different view and a different moment around the property. It’s easy to see why guests love spending time outdoors here, whether relaxing in the sunshine, enjoying the views or watching the colours change across the landscape as the sun goes down. We’re so pleased you had such a treat of a stay, and we’d love to welcome you back to enjoy a few more sunsets!

Lovely and unique location and we enjoyed our family stay. The outdoor area is especially great and we spent the majority of our time there and in the pool. Barbara and the neighbouring Italian family are particularly great hosts and unbelievably quick to respond to questions and minor issues with the house.Recommend visiting Martina Franca old town at night. Great ambience and very reasonably priced food. We also enjoyed Lecce and Locorotondo.

Wonderful place to stay

Small but well formed inside, with lots of outside space. Went for the swimming pool but the tennis court and table tennis were a wonderful addition, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Outside kitchen and table overlooking the pool were lovely. Good communication from agent, check in person and even the owner.

A stunning trullo in a beautiful location - 5 star property & stay

I cannot fault our stay at this beautiful trullo. Thoughtfully & tastefully decorated throughout, with a fantastic outside dining & pool area. Paolo, the owner, messaged us on arrival which was a really nice touch, and Barbara couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot recommend this trullo highly enough & the surrounding towns are absolutely worth a visit. We’ll be back!

A perfect stay

5 adults stayed for a week and the trullo was a perfect size for all of us. We loved the outdoor area and alfresco dining using the BBQ most nights. The owner got in touch on our arrival and left a lovely welcome pack. Barbara was fantastic, so helpful and responded immediately. She sorted out restaurant bookings, taxis etc and nothing was ever too much trouble. A real gem of a place.

Lovely Trullo worth visiting

ChatGPT sagde:We rented this wonderful Trullo for a week during our summer holiday in 2025. We were greeted by Barbara, who thoroughly introduced us to the Trullo and the surrounding area – a very warm welcome. This house is truly lovely. It has everything: it’s spacious, has a wonderful outdoor area with several different spots to enjoy depending on where the sun is during the day. There is plenty to keep the children entertained, with tennis, table tennis, and a pool. It should be mentioned that the pool is on the smaller side, but it suited our needs perfectly. All in all, a very charming Trullo and definitely worth a visit.

Idyllic Retreat

This Trullo is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Beautiful rural setting, surrounded by traditional working farms. The owners have thought of everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Excellent cooking facilities, great shower, wonderful outdoor eating space and swimming pool area which gets the sun all day. The house is very secure and the local contact who was there to greet us was very helpful and so keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were met with a fabulous welcome pack of local produce. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

Martina Franca Trullo

The property is in the peaceful countryside 10 minutes from Martina Franca. The home has a lovely outdoor space and we really enjoyed the pool after a day of exploring and outdoor patio for morning coffee and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped for making basic meals at home. Our only concern is the quality of the beds and living area seating. The bed linens and pillows are poor quality and should be improved to be consistent with the rest of the property and living area seating is not suitable for 4 adults to lounge.

Thank you for your review of Trullo Il Grano, we too love the outdoor space, it is great to come home to after spending a day sightseeing. We consider our kitchen to be well equipped to make delicious local food. It is a shame you chose to raise the issue of the bed linen and pillows after your stay. If you had said something to the management team, the owner or indeed us we would have responded immediately. Our linen and towels are professionally laundered. We take great care to advertise and photograph all our properties well. The lounge has a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs so seats 4 people easily. It was a pleasure to have you come and stay at Trullo Il Grano and we hope to welcome you back again sometime.

Peace & Tranquility

Just a fantastic and unique property, with everything you could need . We loved the property as it is unusual and different from many other properties we have rented. The location is fantastic as the coastline on both sides is not far away. There are many towns and villages to visit within just a few minutes drive. On arrival we were greeted by Antonio at the property and he talked us through the home and what there was to do in the area. He occasionally would drop us a message to ensure we were ok and that we had no problems withe the property. He was really helpful in sending us whatsapp messages with map directions of places to visit. Overall a great property , we really enjoyed our stay.

Countryside trullo with pool in great location

We loved our stay here. It felt like a very authentic country stay with both quaint and modern features. The inside of the trullo isn’t huge but the overall facilities with outside seating, pool area, outside dining table and bbq area, utility/ slash shower room building and then tennis court and table tennis areas - makes for such an easy stay with children / teens. Almost everything had been considered - even pool towels! The location is near farmland so is very private apart from the odd tractor and animals 🙂 Moreover, it is very well located for visiting lots of wonderful towns and the coast isn’t too far away. Any issues we encountered were sorted immediately and the wifi worked well inside the property. The outside lighting is a really lovely touch. Thank you to Barbara for assisting us and being a very warm and friendly contact.
