A practical outdoor kitchen with sink and concrete worktop makes cooking outside a joy. On the plot there is a 25 m2 annex equipped with a wood-burning sauna, shower and a gym with TRX system, dumbbells, barbell, pilates balls and music system by docking an iPhone. The villa is located in a wonderful natural area with nice pastures, hiking and cycling trails. by the lake there is a sandy beach and jetty with a bathing ladder for those of you who like to swim. The private boat with associated electric motor is also moored here. Fishing is free in a certain part of lake Malsnaren, for fishing in other nearby watercourses a fishing license is required. Bicycles can be rented from the owner for a fee, information can be found in the guest folder. Entertainment, attractions and shopping can be reached in most cities within a comfortable distance.
