A roadway leads down to the fjord and you can park your car 4 metres from the dock. Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with benches and tables by the dock. A 14,5 ft boat with 8 hp motor and life jackets is included in the rent. Rent a 15 ft boat with 10 hp motor and life jackets, NOK 200 per day. Rent an extra 14 ft boat with 25 hp motor and life jackets NOK 300 per day. THE BOATS ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST. The house is charmingly decorated and has 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor. After exciting days on the water, you can snuggle up in front of the fire place. There are several hiking trails and fishing lakes - remember to buy a fishing license. The area is known for its rich wildife and birdlife. You can also go berry picking. This is a great starting point for day excursions around Trondheimsfjorden. Steinkjer is 1 hour away and Trondheim is 2 hours. Satellite dish with many German channels. Internet with limited capacity. Heated floors on the ground floor, in the ktichen, hallway and bathrooms.
