This charming holiday home is situated in a glenn, overlooking lake Racken, five kilometres from Arvika. It's a quick, 200-metre walk to the lake, where you will find your rowing boat, which is included in the rent, waiting for you. The garden is spacious and inviting. On the bottom floor you will find the kitchen and dining area, a cosy living room, a hall, and a WC with a wash basin. The holiday home features two comfortable bedrooms, located on the upper floor. There is one double bed, two single beds and one extra bed. There is also a second bathroom on the upper floor, with a bathtub and a shower. Washing machine available. Electricity is included in the rent! This is the perfect place for enjoying nature and the recreation it brings! Be sure to visit the enchanting nature reserve Glasskod, only 25 kilometres away. Here you will find plenty of walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit. The town of Arvika is well known for it's artists, it's cultural events, and it's creative atmosphere. It is a place where artists, musicians and craftsmen come together. In and around the town you will find plenty of things to do and see. There are magnificent forests awaiting you, as well as the 365 lakes in the area! Be sure to visit the Museum of Vehicles (fordonsmuseet) and Rackstad Art Museum! Please note: The open fireplace is not for use, only for decoration! No smoking, please!
