Lovely lakefront home with spectacular views of Lake Erie and Grand View Bay. Only 100 feet from home to lake - great for swimming and boating. Direct access to beach from our lawn with 5 steps down to the lake. This winter we remodeled the kitchen, adding a new farm style sink, new dishwasher, tile and floor. Thee are two fully remodeled bathrooms. Walk-around fireplace that serves as a centerpiece of the home constructed of Pennsylvania split rock. Large picture windows in the living room and master bedroom provide spectacular views of the lake. A bright sun room includes a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and the downstairs bedroom has a twin bed that sleeps one. Note: Bookings in July and August are typically Sunday arrivals at 3:30 pm with Sunday departures at 11 am.
The upstairs includes a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and vaulted beamed ceiling and balcony overlooking lake. The other upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home has 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs bath is newly remodeled with beautiful tile and custom shower door featuring a floating vanity. Downstairs bath, has a full shower with custom tile and shower door.
A floating vanity is also featured with a stylish backlit mirror.
This home is for couples, families and extended family members who seek a lakefront property with breathtaking views and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful gardens surround the home and will provide a lifetime of memories from your summer at the lake. 40 minutes from Niagara Falls, 45 minutes from Amish Country and Chautauqua Institute ( performing arts, lectures and recreational activities). Market is a 4 minute walk from house and golf course 10 a minute walk. Kayaks can launch from property. Boat launch at Sturgeon Point or Point Breeze 5 - 10 minutes away from home. Holiday rates for July 4th week and Labor Day week.
