Everything went smoothly and the place was perfect for what we needed. The only downfall was no bathroom towels or cloths.

The place was okay overall — nothing fancy, but it covered the basic needs we were looking for. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. A few essentials were missing when we arrived, like shampoo, but the host quickly accommodated and provided what we needed. That effort made the stay smoother and more comfortable.A simple, decent spot if you’re looking for a practical stay with a helpful host.

The host is very responsive and made check-in super quick and easy. This house though is very bare bones. There was a single body towel and hand towel in the bathroom and basically nothing else. No body wash, shampoo, conditioner. The bedrooms were all exactly the same ikea queen bed with the exact same covers and one side table. This is a place you're not going for a house experience and spending time there, more using the space as a sleep and go explore.

The accommodations were very reasonable while still providing access to downtown. The rooms were clean. We were a group of 5 and the kitchen was spacious enough for all of us to prepare dinner and enjoy a glass of wine around the counter.

Communication with the host was excellent. The place was clean. It was 3 levels with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. As a group, we did feel like the mattresses could be improved as they were uncomfortable. The sheets were a nice fabric and clean though. Having AC was great and the location was excellent. Lots of space for parking. One of the steps up to the deck was broken and having it repaired would ensure guest safety. We would stay here again if the mattresses were more comfortable or bring your own mattress topper. There was limited dishes and cutlery but we were out most of the day anyways so it was not a problem for our group.

It doesn’t look like advertised and is run down in a run down area. The back gate has no latch and the stairs to the deck are cracked. The pictures are so deceptive. Inside, the house has no features, pictures anything, it’s like it was just bought and then left vacant.WARNING…if you have 6 people and 2 kids are with you, the basement bedroom is right next to an access door for a basement apartment and that bedroom has no lock on the door. There is someone occupying the connecting apartment.You need a car for that area and it is on a main road with lots of traffic for the front desk and the back “deck” with 2 chairs looks out on grifters going through garbage and looking into your vehicle as the garage is occupied. We chose this place because of the limited availability, as well as the price. For what you get the price is ludicrous but the real kicker was someone else in the building, not mentioned in the description and certainly an unsafe option with no locks on the door.

The house was nice, but there was no dish cloth and towel to dry dishes, lack of face cloths, and it felt a little cold. There was no pictures on the wall. Nothing on the counters no fake plants or anything like that to make it feel Homie.

Location and the property itself was perfect for 5 girls, the only issue we had was with communication. For those who confirm their stay, I suggest you to contact the host directly for check-in information as a wrong location was given to us via the email that is sent automatically the day before check-in. Host is aware about this issue but still has not changed it. Vague check-in and check-out details.

Cupboard under the sink had to be tied together to stay closed, no TV to watch the game and no way to sign into apps as they aren't connected with same wifi, no shampoo in the shower and back entrance is all grown over

The rental was not cleaned prior to getting there. It's a house meant for loud parties as the units beside us were the same. Bed sheets had visible stains on them, carpet had dirt and debris all over it clearly no vacuumed, the house smelled like spilled beer. Not a single hand towel in any bathroom to dry our hands, no paper towels, tub was dirty from prior renters with hair, floors were left sticky, boxes of alcohol left on deck, and 1 damp cloth left for us in the kitchen. Disgusting place, host doesn't really care either. Not a place for families as the homeless are strolling through the alley all day and all night rummaging through garbage and backyards. We booked for 2 nights and left after the 1st. I do not recommend this property to anyone really. Pay the extra cash and stay anywhere else. You'll regret renting this spot. The address is also incorrect, they tell you the address once you've booked. And you're directly on a busy main road with cars flying by all night.

Great place to travel with your dog

The property is clean (I met the cleaner the day I left and she was doing a meticulous job) though very basic, still making it an excellent value rental. There is a shed on site with bikes available although we never got to give them a try. We were travelling with our golden retriever and the neighbour next door must love the animals that come to stay (when they are well behaved) as she always had treats ready when she came out to visit. The yard is entirely fenced in with separation from the front and the back if desired. The apricot tree was a big bonus when we arrived as there were lots that were ripe and ready to pick (to limit those that fell to the ground). Everything went exactly as instructed such that we never actually had to interact with the owners/property mangers at all. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay

Great location and we loved the fact that the property was all fenced for our dog. The neighbor even came to give our dog a treat just before we left.

great location

We enjoyed our stay in Kelowna. The house is located just a short walk from the waterfront and down town. The house is clean with all the basics for our stay. The A/C and comfortable beds made for a good sleep even with the summer heat. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We especially enjoyed taking our coffee out on to the small table and chair on the deck in the mornings.

In the Heart of Kelowna

Excellent location for biking or walking to downtown.

Big yard,Bright suite and close to everything. Good access to the rest of Kelowna. Netflix and Xbox were very Good for the kids. Thanks for having us.
