A family friendly home centrally located in the townsite of beautiful Christina Lake B.C.

Westlake Restin' is a great base for adventuring around the region as well as a comfortable retreat. It is a short walk to the beach and all amenities as well as offering great outdoor spaces with north and south decks. With a full tub and shower bathroom, bed and bath linens and a kitchen with all the tools and appliances, all you need to bring is food and drinks.

We can't over emphasize the importance of understanding and following the recycling/garbage program. If not, then a fee will be charged.
Please park on the road side of the log barricade (don't move it or park on the grass). And don't touch the underground irrigation box or sprinklers.

Delightful getaway

This cottage was just right for our family. A gorgeous family friendly kitchen with a cozy and very clean bedrooms. A short walk from the outstanding beach. The grandkids had a blast, playing in the big yard, after a long day of swimming. We need d this together time.

Fantastic little cabin from away from it all.

If you're looking to get away from the city this is the place for you. This charming cabin is located just a short walk from the beach. Also a there is a cute little grocery store and ice cream shop right down the road. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you might need. Right down to some extra big spray in case you forgot your own. The cabin was very clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. Our favorite part of the cabin is the front porch. Even on rainy days we were able to sit out front and enjoy the nature. Our children were able to spot deers right from our front deck. There is also a cute little back deck where we were able to do some barebquing for dinners. During our visit we rented a paddle board from Wildways Adeveture. They delivered our board to us at the beach. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to stay close to water but didn't want a busy town like Osoysoos. This adorable little place was perfect. There is tons of hiking trails and well as a gorgeous beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff's cabin and wished we had booked it longer than we did. Our family highly recommends this place.

Such a cute place

Really enjoy our stay here. The location is close to the lake. What we really love is the layout, especially the patio for morning coffee, the cleanliness of the place is excellent. Really no complaints.

This is our second year staying here, once again it didn’t Disappoint, even more beautiful lawn this year that the kids set up a volleyball net on and had a lot of fun playing. Very close to the lake and all the amenities around! 5 Star Place to stay! We will be back again next year

Excellent stay

This property is newly renovated in the kitchen and bathroom. The cabin is clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It has a very large yard for kids to play and a covered deck to relax. We have stayed twice now and always enjoy our time. The wildlife that passes through the property is plentiful especially the deer. Its a few blocks from the beach, but easily walkable. The playground, pump track, tennis and basketball courts are located one street over. We would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Paradise truly

I have no idea why I was able to get this property! At this quality I'd expect it to be booked throughout the year. No, I'm not owner's relative or owe her money :) I'm just very, very impressed. Spacious bathroom, washer & dryer, stove with grill (!), air conditioner in the kitchen (although we only turned it on once or twice - there is enough shade from the trees to keep the house cool). Also, there were fans in each bedroom in case you like it cooler. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and then some. Lots of cups, and fridge is roomy enough to store groceries for a week. The beach is steps away. You can walk to gas station or ice creamery from the house easily. What's not to like?

Wonderful wildlife

Ideal family site with 3 bedrooms and perfect area for tent and a trailer with lots of yard for games plus wonderful large deck for outdoor eating. Planned renovation in winter for kitchen and bathroom will really make it great. Daily visits from deer, squirrels, and birds are awesome. Close to Lake access at Provincial Park with fabulous view. Owner helpful and unit clean.

The great summer get-a-way

We always enjoy our time at Westlake Restin. Our kids refer to it as 'our' cabin now. The house is spacious enough for our family and has everything we could possibly need but still retains the 'cabin' feel that we all want. I don't want to stay in a place where I feel I must be constantly cleaning or worried that my children will touch something. There is lots of room for us to play games or let the kids run in the yard. The park at the lake is just minutes away, lots of picnic tables, lovely sandy beach, clear water and lots of shallow places for the kids to swim. We will be back next year again - my family wouldn't want it any other way!

This home is definitely on the older side but it is clean and comfortable.

An A/C unit would have been wonderful as the fans just couldn’t keep up until the nights cooled down and it was more comfortable. The 2 things that needed fixing were the outside deck chairs, needed to have the chair seat covers repaired for the table chairs and the clothes line was inaccessible from the deck, needed to use a ladder to hang clothes. The kitchen had everything to make a meal and then some. I would also recommend having a second propane tank on hand so if the first emptied there’s a second one. Bar-b-Qing was the way to go as it was so warm in the cabin. I would love to rent again and would recommend it to others.

Family fun with lots of nature at the doorstep!!

Accommodation very family friendly. Yard is large enough for those who prefer to tent versus being indoors yet plenty large enough for games and social gathering. Daily visits from deer, squirrels, woodpeckers, grouse and skunk (smelled but not seen haha). Wonderful large trees for privacy and lovely grass.. Kitchen well supplied for most tasks with good barbecue too. Interior comfortable but a work in progress. Would definitely stay again.

Great summer vacation

We loved the property, it was perfect for our group and the owner was very accommodating to our needs. The living room isn't large enough for a big group, but that's okay because we spent most of our time outside. It was very clean and just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the beach. We had wildlife visiting us every evening, and very few bugs.

Great Get-a-Way

Just returned from spending 8 wonderful days. Two adults and four children fit well into this three bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable. We all really enjoyed the decks and the yard, unfortunately the fire ban prohibited us from enjoyed the fire pit. We had a week of pretty intense heat and I was worried that without a/c we might be uncomfortable but with lots of windows and fans running we were just fine. We will definitely be back!

great week away in a great little place

We stayed for a week, 2 adults, 2 young teens and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family and provided lots of space for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The front yard was a great space for the kids, and the fire pit and firewood (provided) was a huge bonus. We enjoyed a quiet fire nearly every night after a walk to the ice cream shop. The house was also very close to the public beach. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Great lawn space for bocce, croquet etc. Nice big deck. Location worked great for us too. Would stay here again for sure. Only thing I would add is some small fans in each of the bedrooms. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

We spent our youth in the Boundary Country and were fortunate to find our own place in 2002. With a few more years of working in Aberta, we return at least every May and October to open and close, invariably with a big family get together enjoyed at the Lake.

This is our summer home and we love to share it with others that appreciate easy living in a part of the country that has so much "unpublished" beauty and abounds with adventure opportunities.
Though we share similar weather, It's not the Okanagan. It's near the Kootenays but uniquely "The Boundary Country" in a relatively unknown mix of both.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have family in the Sunshine Valley and the kids and grandkids come west when they can. It has been and remains a central gathering place for all and both our families. We love the weather, the pace of life and how many outdoor activities are available.
