Spacious detached villa with a private balcony and sun terrace.
The villa is located in the picturesque village of Limenaria on the south-west coast of the Greek island of Thassos.
Features:
The total living space of 115m² is divided as follows:
The ground floor is about 30 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a sofa. There is also a WC next to it. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee machine and a dining area.
On the first floor there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet. The first floor is about 30 m² . The second room with a double bed is in the attic.The access to this room is via a metal ladder. The attic is about 30 m².
Outdoor area:
The sun terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and a grill/barbecue. You also have a private balcony. Free Parking is available.
Surrounding area:
Sea/swimming is 900m away. The nearest supermarket/restaurants is 500m away. There are many options for going out, excursion destinations, etc. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 800 metres away.
Important: One additional bed can be added to the villa upon request with extra charge.

This destination is suitable for guests that they would like to have some time in the nature near by the see and also the mountains but also next to the city,1000 m from the City Port . The all projects based in a vintage style of pavilions that people used to spend their vacations time almost a century ago in the south of Europe. Is a perfect destination for people that they are looking forward for that kind of vacation that are not based in the massive anonymous touristic product of today that someone hangs around in a hotel with an all inclusive bracelet!!
