Our house is located in the village of Montemarcello, an inhabited center of ancient origins located on the promontory overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia and the valley of the Magra, inserted since 2001 in the "Club of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy" - Regional Code CITRA: 011001 -LT-0081.

The house, recently renovated (2017), consists of a raised level with the living area (furnished kitchen with dishwasher, dining / living room with TV, large bathroom with shower) and from a higher level with the sleeping area (bedroom with double bed and baby bed, bedroom with two single beds) and a nice terrace (with table and chairs) overlooking the square.

The position of the village, immersed in the quiet and with a mild climate for much of the year, allows tourists to spend a relaxing holiday also offering the opportunity to take walks and hikes on the paths of the Regional Park Montemarcello / Magra from which it is You can admire, especially in the clear days, enchanting views and beautiful sunsets.
Casa Camilla is located in a very quiet part of the town, the area boasts a mild climate year round, allowing tourists to enjoy the "Montemarcello / Magra" natural park, which can be admired from to do on clear days. Evening sunsets are a thing of beauty and not to be missed.

Do not miss a visit to the nearby Cinque Terre (UNESCO World Heritage Site), with the villages of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso, reachable by car, train and boat from the sea. A stop is also recommended in the Valle del Vara (organic valley) with small villages perched on the wooded hills, castles, churches and sanctuaries, or in the Valle del Magra with the archaeological site of ancient Luni and the Via Francigena. In just over an hour you can also reach the nearby cities of art of Pisa with the Piazza del Duomo and the leaning tower, Lucca with the city walls and the "one hundred churches", Florence with museums and Siena, also famous for the "Palio delle Contrade".

For those who prefer sandy beaches, your choices are "Venere Azzura" or "Bia Blu" that are located near Lerici or "Fiumaretta" and "Marinella" all reachable in about 15 minutes by car.
