Welcome to La Parra Grande, a stunning and exceptionally spacious villa set in an elevated position between the beautiful white village of Frigiliana and the vibrant coastal town of Nerja.

Offering breathtaking panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding mountains and Frigiliana village itself, this luxury villa provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday with family and friends. One of the villa’s most remarkable features is that every bedroom, living area and terrace enjoys spectacular views, creating a wonderful sense of space, light and tranquillity throughout the property.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers over 300 m² of living accommodation, plus extensive covered and open-air terraces, outdoor dining areas and generous poolside entertaining space. Despite its impressive size, the villa is arranged predominantly on one level, making it particularly convenient for families with children, multi-generational groups and guests who prefer easy access throughout. Its exceptional size makes it ideal for larger families, family gatherings or groups seeking both privacy and relaxation.

Situated just 1.5km from Frigiliana village via a scenic walking route and approximately 4km from Nerja and its beaches, the villa enjoys the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. Guests have the choice of walking into the village to enjoy its wonderful restaurants, tapas bars and local atmosphere, or driving if preferred. Many guests enjoy leaving the car at the villa and taking a leisurely walk into Frigiliana for dinner and drinks, avoiding the need to worry about parking during the busy summer months while enjoying the beautiful surroundings along the way.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terraces, sun loungers, outdoor dining areas and comfortable seating, all designed to make the most of the spectacular sea and mountain views. With extensive covered and open-air terraces throughout the property, guests can always find the perfect spot to relax, dine, read or enjoy a sunset drink while taking in the breathtaking surroundings.

The villa features multiple outdoor living spaces including a covered dining terrace, gas BBQ, table tennis and extensive terrace areas, providing plenty of room for guests to relax, dine and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Inside, the villa offers generous accommodation throughout with high ceilings, large reception rooms and beautiful views from almost every window. Guests benefit from air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, satellite television and spacious living and dining areas designed for comfort and entertaining.

The large open-plan kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped with induction hob, double oven, microwave, American-style fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and adjoining utility room with washing machine.

Accommodation comprises four spacious bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.

The impressive master suite features a king-size bed, sofa bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with stunning sea views. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and space for an additional single bed if required. The third bedroom is a double room with en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is a bunk room, making the villa ideal for families travelling with children.

All bedrooms enjoy beautiful views towards Frigiliana village, the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean coastline.

For larger groups, La Parra Grande can also be rented together with the separate lower villa, La Parra Pequeña. The two properties are completely private with no shared facilities and can be connected via a lockable gate when rented together.

We first discovered La Parra Grande in 2017 when we rented both villas for a family holiday and immediately fell in love with the property, the views and the authentic charm of Frigiliana. After many years of searching for the perfect home in Spain, we returned and purchased the villa in 2018. We continue to enjoy everything the area has to offer, from the beaches of Nerja and the restaurants of Frigiliana to the mountain walks and beautiful scenery that surround the villa.
