SPRING (Agr.La Guinza)
Our farmhouse is located in the countryside, still wild and not very populated, in an area rich in history and traditions.
It is an ancient structure, renovated and divided into 3 independent apartments, 2 of which are communicating, also suitable for hosting large groups of families or friends.
The PRIMAVERA apartment of about 55m2 is the smallest.
Consisting of an equipped and habitable kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot. In the large kitchen there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The furnishings are in Tuscan style, with a ceiling with wooden beams and a wrought iron bed. Practical and comfortable, very bright, it has a personal space with table and BBQ (at the entrance on the lawn). The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, stove, fridge, electric coffee machine, moka pot, crockery ..... In the bathroom there is hair dryer.
This apartment can communicate with the WINTER apartment.
Available FREE: Wi-Fi in the common areas (multipurpose room and pool area) and shared washing machine, on request. In summer, you can relax in the swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, surrounded by a well-kept natural lawn full of flowers. A large gazebo with table will allow you to dine outdoors from June to September together with the other guests of the structure. In the completely fenced garden, there is a ping pong table. Pets are allowed in the apartment, without any restrictive rules, good manners are enough! You can also bring your horse which will be hosted in our facilities. The owner, an environmental equestrian guide, will be happy to accompany you on walks or small treks... Or let you experience the thrill of a cowboy's work, moving our limousine herd of cows to the various pastures of the company.
Discounts for those who stay at least one week. Open all year round.
The owner and his wife will be present on site for the maintenance of the systems and for your every need, but without invading your spaces ... If you need advice, whether it be for a tour or to find out where to eat specialties of the area or stories and tales of the place do not hesitate to ask !!
