La Fontana di Luccoli is your holiday home in the historic center of Genoa.
You will stay in a characteristic historic building, in a pedestrian area, prestigious and elegant downtown.
The house is quiet and welcoming, immersed in the heart of the city with shops, restaurants and the charming atmosphere of the streets of Genoa. Near the Aquarium, the Old Port with ferries to the Cinque Terre / Portofino, the museums and the UNESCO heritage palaces, the cathedral and all means and services

The Fontana di Luccoli is located in the pedestrian area, but a few meters from the driveway. Arriving by car you can temporarily stop a few meters from the door, where we will help you unload the luggage, then you can park in the paid parking that are just minutes away.
Near to home all the means and services, the railway stations of Principe and Brignole are about 15 minutes walk, and under the house Bus and Taxi.

The accommodation, about 50 square meters, is on the 3rd floor mezzanine (with the elevator you get to the 4th floor and you have to go down a small flight of stairs), and with the ceilings at reduced height (about 2.20 meters) typical of noble residences intended for servants. This characteristic gives it a special romantic atmosphere, warm and welcoming.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area of ​​the historic center, so as to guarantee comfort and maximum tranquility during your stay.
You can enjoy a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, TV and CD / DVD player.
A dining area with kitchen use and everything you need to prepare a meal (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and detergents).
At your disposal basic necessities such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea and coffee.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, with washing machine, clothesline and iron.
The master bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a very comfortable French double bed.
There is free WIFI connection.
The heating is autonomous so in winter you can adjust your ideal temperature. In summer the house is very cool and the air conditioner is not necessary.
Towels and sheets are provided, as well as all the detergents, both for the home and for the person, necessary for your stay.

We inform you that the city tax requested by the Municipality of Genoa is € 1.50 per day per person (for those over 14 years) up to a maximum of 8 days. Payment must be made on site.

The rent includes a final cleaning cost of the apartment, including the cleaning of the house, sheets and towels.
For long stays it is possible to request the extra cleaning service of the house and the extra change of sheets + towels. The service can be requested at the host with a separate payment.
