My beautiful and luxury apartment is located in the best turistic area in Tenerife. TV, English, German, English, German, French An open fully equipped kitchen. The terrace can be opened for a romantic dinner. Washing machine is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided on the arrival. It is the perfect apartment for couples (Max 4 people if it is authorized by the owner).
There is 1 swimming pool and a small pool for children. It is just 5 minutes walking from the beach, you will also find restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping malls and the best entertainment in the south of the island.
Free private parking is available on site.
Fifteen days before your arrival, I will give you all the information to access the apartment.
It's the communication of an e-mail address and a mobile phone for contacts via WhatsApp.

IMPORTANT: the owner DOES NOT RESPOND to requests about the name of the Complex. Here is the information and the name of the complex is not important. IT IS A PRIVATE APARTMENT.

Great location

Apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Fantastic location clise to beaches, restaurants and bars. Large Mercadano nearby, shopping trolley provided which is a bonus. Wifi great, air conditioning works well and a very good powerful shower. Communication with owner is very good and we hope to stay again in the future.

Fantastic apartment and location

Just back from a great week staying in this apartment,It was very clean on arrival and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable,It is in an ideal position and the balcony gets sunshine most of the day,It's in an excellent complex and we were made to feel very welcome. Would not hesitate to go back to this apartment.

Excellent apartment

Just got back from a weeks stay in this apartment, we had a wonderful stay it was clean and very comfortable in an ideal location, Olympia was amazing at keeping us well informed and even messaged to see how things were, can’t fault anything would also recommend the transfer prompt and very friendly, would highly recommend this apartment

Perfect

The apartment is in an ideal location close to all amenities. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all on the doorstep. The apartment was perfect for two of us and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The complex has a lovely pool area with plenty sunbeds available. Olimpia was a great host keeping in touch at all times. She arranged our transfers from and to the airport which was ideal. We will definitely be back.

Everything you need - plus good location

This small apartment is located at the end of Adeje close to Las Americas with no hills to climb and close to all amenities. There are a few steps up to apartment. The apartment has a two ring hob, oven fridge and washing machine and has all the crockery you need. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a great view of the sea. Although towels were provided they were on the small side -no towels are provided for the beach or pool. No sure how this apartment would be in the height of the summer as their is no air conditioning but there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a free standing fan in the lounge. Property Manager was very helpful and made finding the apartment a breeze and check in was easy, with an added surprise of a bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. I would definitely use this apartment again

Beautiful location right by the beach

The apartment was lovely and clean everything we needed for the week we were there. Olimpia the owner was lovely and very helpful making sure we knew when to fill out the locator forms and organising transport for us to and from the airport.

Ideal apartment and location

The apartment is ideal for two people and is equipped with everything you might need. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a view of the sea and watching the world go by.

Wie beschrieben!

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, mit Meerblick! Man ist nah am Meer, nah am Geschehen. Restaurants findet man direkt um die Ecke und man ist direkt an der Promenade. Zum Strand ist es ebenfalls nur ein Spaziergang. Es war außerdem nicht laut und wir haben gut geschlafen, auch wenn das Bett für uns etwas schmal war. Jedoch wäre das für uns kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Außerdem sind die vielen Ventilatoren sicher in den Sommermonaten hilfreich (ich habe wirklich noch nie so viele Ventilatoren in einer FeWo aufgefunden!). Wir würden wieder kommen!

Great place, great location.

This apartment was absolutely ideal for our break in Tenerife. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the location is ideal. There is a supermarket and plenty places to eat nearby and a view of the sea from the balcony. It really is a good place to stay and very comfortable. We literally booked this less than 24 hours before we flew out and the communication with the owner was brilliant.
