Villa 3 Rondini and the Dependance are spacious and welcoming houses

The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The palms that give an exotic taste are the protagonists
framed by Jasmine shrubs, with their fragrant flowers, the hibiscus, white and pink oleanders
well 90 Pines and Cypresses.

Villa 3Rondini and the Dependance are spacious and welcoming, but it is the sea that determal'umore and the atmosphere,
it is the sea that makes its panorama unique and makes it changeable in every moment of the day.
A sea that will cradle you at night, with its sudden thunders or its slow waves,
who will accompany you in the morning with the first coffee in the veranda, and at dusk when you can
greet the sunlight that disappears quickly.
The beach, under the house (30 meters above sea level), is always empty, even in August and can be reached in a few minutes
by a private road.
Exposed to the Libeccio can change every year according to the storms.
By car you can reach the SKALA beach in 5 min. and also the 3 km long KAMINIA beach,
perfect for a long ankle massage. We only rent the annex for 4 people. In the main house there are only the owners who manage the pool and gardens.
