Our home hosts 2- 50" Smart TV's, Central heat & air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort. You will enjoy the compact, well-stocked kitchen and dining area in the open design which seats 6 looking out the picture windows at the course. Extra bar seating is a bonus. During the Fall & Winter months, cozy up to our beautiful hearth & fireplace made easy for you to enjoy with a remote access. (No wood to worry about!)

> Within PML community you have access to an 18 hole Championship Golf Course,
Clubhouse & Grill, arrange for a Pickle Ball game. Use the Community Swimming
Pool which also has Ping Pong, Ice cream & snacks available. Pool hours for guests

NOTE:
> PML charges a one time fee of $50,00 per car upon entry for access fee & accept
cash or credit. This is a one time fee which provides access to the private
community's amenities.
> We do allow pets (no more than 2) at our sole discretion. Please check with us first. A
one time charge of $150. will be charged. Pine Mtn Lake has a very strict leash law.
Do not allow your dog off leash during your stay. There is a dog park a short drive
from our home where your dogs can play off leash. This is a great dog park. Let me
know if you are interested and I can give you the combination to get into the gate.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We do have a gated deck, but since dogs sometimes get
anxious in a new environment and bark excessively, scratch doors to get in, etc.
please consider taking them with you when you leave for the day. You will be
financially responsible for any damages that your dog may incur.
> Bus service to Yosemite leaves from the Mary Levorni Park near MarVal in Groveland
