There is a three fixture, bright bathroom. There is a covered patio with BBQ for your exclusive use and shared fenced back yard. There is a shared laundry room and parking for up to two vehicles (tandem). We live upstairs and will be more than happy to help with directions or recommendations as well as assistance with public transit if requested. The location is a short drive to shopping, parks, lakes, beaches, and directly on transit route. 40 minutes drive to your choice of three local ski hills and 90 minute drive to Whistler.
