Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that this was the nicest place you’ve stayed in Destin and that you plan to return. We also appreciate you pointing out the lockbox location. We’ll make that detail clearer for future guests to avoid any confusion. We look forward to welcoming you back! 😊

Thanks so much for staying with us and for the great review! We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the Tuscany unit and the quiet neighborhood. And yes, those 3rd‑floor stairs are definitely a workout 😄 Glad check‑in and check‑out were super easy for you. Hope we get to host you again soon!

Hi Trina, Thank you for your awesome review and we are so glad you enjoy your stay! Please come back to see us soon!

Thank you Jeff!

Thanks so much for your kind words! We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the space, pool, and hot tub. Totally get what you mean about the stairs—we’ll make sure to highlight that better for future guests. And we love your idea about adding umbrellas by the pool, that’s a great suggestion we’ll look into. Appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back again!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home, the clean pool, and the convenient location just steps from the beach. It’s especially wonderful to hear that the home was a great fit for your family and that you were able to celebrate your husband’s 80th birthday with us! We sincerely apologize for the confusion with the lockbox instructions and the delay in getting a response from our management team. We understand how frustrating and concerning that must have been, especially when you needed to secure the home and leave. We are reviewing the instructions and communication process to help ensure this does not happen again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen items. We’ll take a look at adding some of the basic cooking essentials you mentioned to make the home more convenient for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you and your family back for another special celebration!

Hi Leticia! Thanks for your great review! We are so happy you had a great time and do hope you back to visit us soon!

I am glad you had a great time. We stock the home with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. These should get you through your first 24 hours, but you will want to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay. I hope you were able to visit one of our many great restaurants in the area. The beaches are beautiful year-round.
