Needs a refresh to be worth the price

We stayed at this house for a few days on a trip to Disney. The location was ok but the house is on a very busy street cars racing down and pedestrians at all times of the day. The house has window units which tend to become moldy and overall I felt the property was in need of a remodel. There was grout mold and the quality of the house was dated. A few other tips would be better sheets and lighting

Excellent property!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time! The house is clean and stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need on vacation. And my kids love the backyard!

Amazing Stay

Excellent spot for a Disneyland trip

We had a great experience at this property. Kids loved the bunk beds and Disney themed room, a short drive to the park and great access to other amenities. Check in/out was very easy and quick. A great option for a family Disneyland trip!

Disney getaway

This house was perfect for 10 of us. It was clean and beds were comfortable. It was close enough to get an Uber to and from the airport, and to and from Disneyland. The host was so helpful in helping us find rental cars for our longer travels. And she mailed back a battery charger we forgot. 5 HUGE STARS! I would recommend this VRBO !

Great Orange County place

Clean, full of amenities, close to every location, fun backyard— this property had everything we needed to make our family trip great! Host responded rapidly to every communication. We loved being within 15-20 minutes of Disneyland, had a blast playing in the backyard, and enjoyed all the toys and gear for our day at the beach.

Family Disney Trip

We booked the house bc it was close to Disneyland and big enough for our whole family. It was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard is so nice. Lots to do for all ages. The neighborhood has everything you’re looking for. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants. Quick 15 min drive to Disney and we were happy customers! Definitely would recommend!

Poor cleanliness. No central air conditioning. The sewer backed up and feces were coming up into the shower, which caused a flood as water was seeping under the wall between the shower and the bedroom. The house began to smell like feces and sewer. It was disgusting!When I called the owner she said to let her know she said to shut the bathroom door and have everyone stay out and she’ll be there in an hour. Meanwhile I called Vrbo because this was a very unsanitary and unsafe situation. The owner told Vrbo she was sending a team of plumbers in to fix it. 2 hours went by and no one showed up. Eventually her and her husband came and accused us of putting something down the toilet. We had no problems with any toilet in the house! They tried to accuse us of something! Vrbo saw this situation as unhealthy and safe to stay so they provided us with 2 nights at a hotel so we could finish our vacation. I would never rent from people like rosie and her husband again because they are dishonest and rude! Instead of trying to solve the problem they wanted to blame and try to bully me and my children. Her husband went so far today there is no water coming under the wall. After I told him I sent pictures to Vrbo he backed down

Great place that I would stay again...

The owner of this place has really spent a lot of time making sure the place is perfectly set up for visitors. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked ones that I have been in (not just random stuff). It has all the things people visiting would love to have including lots of TV's, ceiling fans, air conditioners, lots of beds, black out curtains, etc. The covered patio is awesome with another TV out there, nice hanging lights and huge table to gather around. Overall a great place that can accommodate a large family.

Amazing!

We had the best time in SoCal! This property is amazing! It had everything we needed, including a stocked pantry of essentials, backyard oasis and a garage full of beach stuff. The kids had fun learning to surf on the surf boards, while the little ones played with sand toys and the adults sat in beach chairs under umbrellas - all courtesy of Rosie’s home. Rosie even accommodated a late check out so we could extend our vacation just a little longer! The location was also fantastic! Just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 from Huntington Beach. We look forward to staying again!

Exactly what we needed!

This property was perfect for us! The location was very centralized for the activities we had planned in Orange County. The house was the perfect size for our party, and had everything we could possibly need for our week-long stay. It was clean, and well-organized, and the owner left clear, detailed instructions for use of the property. The kids really enjoyed the backyard as well! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Classic, Comfy, CA chateau

Perfect for our family and friends. Hostess was very generous, provided a Keurig when we inquired about it. AC worked great, nice kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms. Loved the outdoor patio with large table and sectional. Very conveniently located. Try out the Orange Hill Restaurant up the hill. We will be back!

California Vacation

We loved this place! It is in a great location and was so clean. The beds were so comfortable and the house was filled with everything you need. There was a grocery store about a mile away which made it super easy to stock the refrigerator for our stay. It had a nice set up in the back yard full of outside games, a grill, tv and patio set. It also had a washer and dryer which was so nice.
