Everything you need for your Beach Vacation is right here. Just park your car inside the garage and walk to the beach. Main level has three bedrooms with one full bath and the top level has one bedroom with full bath, open spacious kitchen with dining - living room. Deck off from the dining area. Kitchen is equipped for those that take cooking seriously. Keep your surfboards, boogie board, beach toys inside the garage until you are ready to go to the beach. TV and wi-fi are provided with this home.

Great place to stay for low-key vacation at the beach. Easy walk down the hill to the beach and great view of the ocean from the deck when it’s not foggy! Even though its menu is pretty limited, we enjoyed the restaurant across the street- for drinks with live music and for dinner. And everyone from the Dillon Beach Resort in the area were incredibly friendly. Will definitely consider coming back!

Four septagenerian friends from youth reunite in beautiful north Marin

All had great fun. Only critique of rental is difficulty opening lock box (have to wedge fingernail at top to pull open) and use the stove (burners were misplaced so flamed 12 inches high and oven wouldn’t turn on until prop manager advised reset clock and figured out how to do that. Also needs indoor recycling bin. Heater was on when arrived and couldn’t see how to turn off.

Dillon Beach getaway

Beautiful view except for power lines, older home, but updated, remodeled & clean, and well stocked kitchen. Driveway is too short to park in, felt hazardous but thankfully not much traffic on the street. Would rent again. Very close to store/restaurant.

Beautiful location, with easy access to the beach.

This was a wonderful house; the location and view of the ocean were amazing. I would definitely go back there again. The rental home was well-equipped.

Great space!

Great place to stay! We were close enough to walk to beach, the grocery story and restaurant. Great accomadations. Everything that you would need was at the house. We even had a puzzle to put together! Ocean view.

Dillon Beach getaway

This is a lovely home, with comfy furniture and beds. We walked to the beach daily and that was great too, no crowds and plenty of room, though lots of dogs off leash. The online description does indicate multi levels to the home, the 1st set of ext. stairs to front door is steep, then from this level there's a small int. stair going to top level to living room, dining room & master bedroom and bath. from front door you can go down medium set of stairs to 2nd level. then another 2 sets of stairs to garage at ground level, where you will park. You will get all your "steps " in. We enjoyed our stay

DILLON BEACH VIEW HOUSE

The interior of the property was as described (clean and well equipped). The deck offered a nice view of the distant beach and ocean surroundings. The exterior of the home was a bit rough and not easily usable for outdoor sitting or BBQ. Use of the two car garage is critical as street parking is a risky business due to the narrow width of the street and the very dense neighborhood housing. I would rent here again.

Fantastic Week

We really liked this property and will definitely look to rent it again. The house suited us far better than expected. In fact, I rated it 4 starts for accuracy instead of 5, only because I think it is nicer than the photos express. Although not one of the luxury homes on the hill, this home is clean, comfortable, fantastic view, well stocked in the kitchen and provided us everything we could have needed during our stay. We were six, two adults and four children. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday in this home. The kitchen was well equipped and there was room for our family of seven. The kids really had fun at the beach.

This is our second year staying here. Great location and roomy enough to accommodate 2 families nicely. Kitchen remodel is beautiful. Only complaint is no access to a dryer. It would be a nice feature given the proximity to the beach and the marine layer that comes in at night. Beach towels and bathing suits don’t dry. Its a lovely get away place all in all.

Long Weekend With Friends

Great property! We used to camp at Lawson’s Landing every Labor Day weekend but now that we’re OOS we needed an alternative lodging option to rendezvous with our friends. This property was great! Beautiful views, nice amenities, good location. Our only complaint would be that the line of cars to the beach backs up a very long way and made driving to Lawson’s a bit slow if we got out late. Once we figured that out, no problem. We appreciated having separate rooms, full bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen perhaps even more than we liked camping in our trailer! Already making plans for our next trip! Highly recommend this property!

Sister’s Wedding

Family was in town from Pennsylvania for my sisters wedding. House had plenty of room for myself my wife and our four children. Convenient access to the beach and across the street from General store.

Cute little spot by the beach

My family loved this adorable little beach side cottage. So close to the ocean with absolutely amazing views. I didn’t even notice the powerlines loved the birds that visited me every morning on the balcony . Beach less than a five minute walk. Water is cold but I guess that’s the West Coast for you. Kind of tricky getting in and out of the garage. Loved the general store and restaurant across the street. Loved driving to the house through the Golden Hills with beautiful cattle. Thank you for introducing me to Dillon Beach.

Dillon Dream Vacation

This was our first time to Dillon Beach and it was way better than anticipated! the property was in great shape and the view of the coast was unbelievable! Definitely one of our best VRBO experiences!
