Newly built, spacious, elegance villa in Tsagarada, next to the famous beach of Milopotamos, in a wonderful location, hidden in vegetation, just 2,5 km from the sea, it is suitable for all seasons of the year. The Villa has panoramic sea views and is just 2.5 km from Mylopotamos Beach, one of the best beaches in Europe. Of course, we can not ignore the 3 closest beaches - Fakistra (3rd world position in 2005), St. John and Papa Nero (about 15 minutes from the house).

Apart from private parking, the villa has a 3 acre garden to enjoy moments of relaxation and rest fullness in nature and is equipped with barbecue, wood oven, dining room, sun loungers, etc. The villa consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, balcony with sea view. It has a loft with twin beds, which is equipped with toys for our little friends. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and sofas, a dining room and a kitchen with all comforts (fridge, electric cooker, various utensils, cutlery, etc.). Facilities include hotel linen, hair dryer, wi-fi, TV.

The house stretches over a plot of 10 acres of wild vegetation, olive groves and botanical gardens, on one of the most beautiful slopes of Pelion, overlooking the sea and the mountain. Personal holidays in a soothing environment!
At this point, I should mention that there is a biological garden on the plot where, depending on the time you visit us, you have the opportunity to follow the process of sowing, cultivating and harvesting the organic products of the property, giving you the opportunity to cut the products you want and use them in your cooking.
Last but not least, we could not leave our four-legged friends out of such a place. Where the garden ends, the farm hosts the following animals: 1 horse, 2 calves, 2 pigs, 2 kids, 3 lambs, 2 turtles, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
I'm sure you'll love to feed them and play with them if you wish.

After the keys are delivered, there will be no discomfort on the part of the owner until your departure. In any case, we will be available to you if you need us. It is stressed that, in case of need of medical assistance, the doctor of the area is owner’s sister.

At 2000m away you can find the square of Agioi Taxiarches (Temple of 1746), where you can enjoy Pelion cooking recipes in the taverns of the square. At 3000m away, you can find the square of Agia Paraskevi, which is also the center of the village where the famous 1,000+ year old plane-tree is found. In the area you can find restaurants, taverns, cafe, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, market, bakery, giftware, etc.

A few words about Tsagarada ...

Tsagarada is the most cosmopolitan village of Pelion. The village is full of life as it offers restaurants, taverns, cafes and various shops of folk and traditional art. Ideal location for those seeking tranquility and relaxation on their holidays, with a unique combination of mountain and sea, every season of the year with the turquoise beaches of Mylopotamos, Fakistra, Limniona, Damoucharis. The scenic alleys of Tsagarada are ideal for your walk, while giving you the opportunity to admire the traditional Pelion architecture and the magic of nature. The sights of the village involve the old churches, but also the eternal evergreens with the huge trunks that are found in the courtyard of Agia Paraskevi and the church of the Holy Taxiarches. Finally, it is worth visiting the “hidden school” and the chapel of Panagia of Megalomata, located on a rock.
One of the oldest ski resorts in Greece, the Ski Center of Pelion is the only ski resort in the world that is so close to the sea. You can also ride, climb, kayak canoe, (by appointment).

Νεόκτιστη, ευρύχωρη, Βίλα στην Τσαγκαράδα, δίπλα από την διάσημη παραλία του Μηλοποτάμου σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία, κρυμμένη στην βλάστηση, μόλις 2,5χλμ από την θάλασσα, καθίσταται κατάλληλη για όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα & ευχάριστα μέχρι και 8 άτομα. Το οδικό δίκτυο & το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, κάνει την πρόσβαση εύκολη υπόθεση, ενώ οι ταβέρνες, τα καφέ & τα διάφορα άλλα μαγαζιά εξασφαλίζουν την κάλυψη των όποιων αναγκών προκύψουν. Ιδανική τοποθεσία ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

Η Βίλα έχει πανοραμική θέα τη θάλασσα και απέχει μόλις 2,5χλμ από την παραλία του Μυλοποτάμου, μία από τις καλύτερες παραλίες στην Ευρώπη. Βέβαια δεν μπορούμε να παραλείψουμε τις 3 κοντινότερες - εξίσου πανέμορφες - παραλίες, την Φακίστρα (3η παγκόσμια θέση το 2005), τον Άγιο Ιωάννη και το Παπά Νερό (περίπου 15 λεπτά από την οικία).

Εκτός από ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, η βίλα διαθέτει κήπο 3 στρεμμάτων για να απολαύσει κανείς στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης στη φύση και είναι εξοπλισμένη με μπάρμπεκιου, ξυλόφουρνο, τραπεζαρία, ξαπλώστρες, κλπ. Η βίλα αποτελείται από 2 ορόφους. Στον 1ο όροφο βρίσκεται μία κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ξεχωριστό μπάνιο, μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει σοφίτα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, η οποία είναι εξοπλισμένη με παιχνίδια για τους μικρούς μας φίλους. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκουμε τα άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μπάνιο, το καθιστικό με τζάκι και καναπέδες, τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα με όλα τα comfort (ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, διάφορα μαγειρικά σκεύη, μαχαιροπίρουνα, κλπ). Στις παροχές συμπεριλαμβάνονται, ξενοδοχειακός ιματισμός, στεγνωτήρας μαλλιών, wi-fi, τηλεόραση.

Το σπίτι εκτείνεται σε οικόπεδο 10 στρεμμάτων άγριας βλάστησης, ελαιώνες και βοτανικούς κήπους, σε μια από τις πιο όμορφες πλαγιές του Πηλίου και έχει θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Προσωπικές διακοπές σε ένα καταπραϋντικό περιβάλλον!
Σε αυτό το σημείο, θα πρέπει να αναφέρω ότι υπάρχει ένας βιολογικός κήπος στο οικόπεδο, όπου ανάλογα με το χρόνο που μας επισκέπτεστε, έχετε την ευκαιρία να ακολουθήσετε τη διαδικασία της σποράς, της καλλιέργειας και της συγκομιδής των βιολογικών προϊόντων της ιδιοκτησίας, δίνοντάς σας την ευκαιρία να κόψετε τα προϊόντα που επιθυμείτε και να τα χρησιμοποιήσετε στη μαγειρική σας.
Καταλήγοντας, δεν θα μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε έξω από έναν τέτοιο χώρο τους τετράποδους φίλους μας. Εκεί όπου τελειώνει ο κήπος, αρχίζει η φάρμα η οποία φιλοξενεί τα εξής ζώα: 1 άλογο, 2 μόσχοι, 2 γουρούνια, 5 κατσίκια, 3 αρνιά, 2 χελώνες, 2 σκυλιά και 2 γάτες.
Είμαι βέβαιος ότι θα αγαπήσετε να τα ταΐσετε και να παίξετε μαζί τους αν επιθυμείτε.

Στόχος μας είναι η καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενούμενων στον χώρο μας. Για το λόγο αυτό, για όλα τα παραπάνω οφέλη, δεν υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση.
Το μέρος χαρακτηρίζεται ως χώρος ηρεμίας στην περιοχή, καθώς κανείς δεν μπορεί να σας ενοχλήσει. Η κομψότητα, η ιδιωτικότητα και η πολυπλοκότητα συναντιούνται σε αυτό τον χώρο.
Κατά την άφιξή σας ο οικοδεσπότης, θα σας καλωσορίσει με διάφορα παραδοσιακά προϊόντα, όπως τσίπουρο και γλυκά κουταλιού! Μετά την παράδοση των κλειδιών, δεν θα υπάρχει η οποιαδήποτε ενόχληση από πλευράς ιδιοκτήτη μέχρι και την αναχώρησή σας. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, θα είναι στη διάθεσή σας εάν το χρειαστείτε. Τονίζεται ότι, σε περίπτωση ανάγκης ιατρικής βοήθειας, η ιατρός της περιοχής τυγχάνει να είναι αδερφή του ιδιοκτήτη.

Στα 2000μ συναντάμε την πλατεία των Αγίων Ταξιαρχών (Ιερός Ναός του 1746), όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε Πηλιορείτικες συνταγές μαγειρικής στις ταβέρνες της πλατείας. Στα 3000μ την πλατεία της Αγίας Παρασκευής η οποία εθιμοτυπικά αποτελεί και το κέντρο του χωριού όπου βρίσκεται ο διάσημος πλάτανος των 1.000+ ετών. Στην περιοχή μπορείτε να βρείτε εστιατόρια, ταβέρνες, cafe, φαρμακείο, ΑΤΜ, βενζινάδικο, κλπ.
