The space features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a TV, and a spacious bathroom. The sleeping area has a king-size bed and is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The apartment includes air conditioning and is provided with dressed beds and one set of towels per person.

HOW TO GET HERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna.

Get off at Diego de León, then transfer to Line 5 towards Casa de Campo.

Get off at Chuecaand walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Gran Vía, then transfer to Line 5 towards Alameda de Osuna.

THE FINE PRINT

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
