A fantastic 2 Bed apartment with a L shape veranda facing north and east overlooking the 17th Golf Tee on the excellent Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is situated in the beautiful region of Murcia in the South East coast of Spain and is on the outskirts of the tradicional Spanish village of Sucina. The first thing that strikes you about this wonderful resort is its tranquil setting surrounded by citrus groves, with a stunning mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the nearby Mar Menor, creating a relaxing atmosphere ensuring you enjoy a well deserved break. We do recommend you hire a car to ensure you get the maximum out of this unspoiled region of Murcia.

About the Apartment:
All the furnishing and furniture is brand new and of high quality
Capable of sleeping up to a family of 4 and extra 1 child on a blow up bed . There is 2 Bedrooms which consist of the following Bedroom 1( 2 single beds)and Bedroom 2 1 double bed
The apartment is equipped with all the mod cons, including Air Conditioning, 49inch Samsung TV with cable TV & DVD player.,WIFI
The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, Iron, plates, cutlery, mugs & glasses.
The apartment also has a balcony, with a corner sofa, sun loungers & table & chairs, which looks out onto the 17th Golf Tee. The swimming pool is so close too the apartment less than a minute.
The resort also has a host of other communal pools, multi sports courts & tennis courts.
There are also a number of play parks around the resort.
The resort also boasts bar & restaurants in the centre of the resort.
The apartment is located very close to the golf clubhouse, less than 10 minute walk, and also to the driving range.
It is a very quiet & tranquil resort and you can take in all the surroundings on a leisurely walk.
The resort also boast a supermarket for all your needs.
CLEANING FEE IS PAYABLE TO OUR KEYHOLDER ON ARRIVAL WHICH IS 70 Euros

Great Home from Home

We have stayed at a few apartments on the complex, and this was by far the best for quality, cleanliness and communication with both the owner and keyholder was excellent

Excellent clean spacious apartment

Not long back from a great short stay at this lovely apartment. Communication before and during the stay was fantastic, and the apartment itself modern, clean and spacious, with everything you'd want or need there for your convenience. Would absolutely recommend.

Fully equipped apartment with good quality furniture

Nice and well-equipped apartment. The attention of the owners was fluid and pleasant. On the other hand, it would be good to know the specific location of the apartment within the resort Due to the high temperatures in the area, it would be appreciated to have a covered parking space. In short, a good quality apartment compared to other apartments in the Resort.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien acondicionado, limpio y es tal cual a las imágenes. Está muy bien orientado, con lo cual es una zona muy tranquila, es una maravilla. A modern feel to this lovely apartment.

Really great week in the Hacienda. Apartment had a modern yet homely feel. Clean and well appointed. Was a great location with a good sized pool. Good communication from booking right the way through to check in. Would recommend.

Great family holiday.

This was our 4th holiday at the hacienda Riquelme complex and our favourite apartment to date. Great outside space with lovely views. We found it possible to sunbathe on the balcony and also get some shade while enjoying lunch there. The complex is very relaxing with some great pool areas. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very helpful with both our check in and departure times. We would definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely apartment

It is a fairly quiet location - even in July / August - we stayed for nearly 4 weeks. The nearest town is Sucina (very British, with a few British style pubs/cafes/restaurants. San Javier is 15 minutes away if you need more hustle and bustle. Murcia and Cartegena are lovely, with plenty to do. Horadada is great for evenings out and beaches; although you’re spoilt for choice where beaches are concerned in this area. Torrevieja is about 30 minutes away and this is a very busy holiday resort. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 and has all of your requirements covered. The balcony is big and has lovely views. The pool is large, although busy at the time we visited. The complex itself is very safe, well maintained and the underground parking a bonus. We had a good holiday and feel there is more to discover in the area - we would recommend this apartment and location for a lovely peaceful holiday with plenty to keep you occupied, should you require more than lazing around the pool.
