Located in Léognan in the heart of the vineyards of Grands Crus Classés of the same name (Pessac Léognan), architect house of 150 m² with its heated pool (7m * 3.5m) which can accommodate 6 to 8 people. 10 km south of the historic center of Bordeaux, you will easily reach the major sites of the region.

Quiet (at the bottom of a private cul-de-sac), in the shade of the oak trees of the enclosed garden of 1200 m² and on the edge of the forest, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, the exotic wooden terrace. The children will find their happiness in the outdoor games provided (portico, hut, trampoline, ping-pong, basketball sign, etc.) as well as in the games room dedicated to them (board games, jigsaw, disguises, table football, billiards, books ...). In addition, you will have in this villa that wants to open on the garden, all the necessary comfort to spend pleasant holidays (equipped kitchen, internet access, laundry, Nespresso machine, freezer ...). On arrival you will have that to file your business and enjoy your stay, the beds will be made previously with sheets provided by us.
