5 bedroom secluded villa with private pool & stunning views of the Rhone valley
Clos de Verger is a modern 5 bedroom secluded villa tastefully designed to reflect the traditional regional style. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the quiet hilltop village of Le Pin. It is a 15 minutes drive from the picturesque medieval town of Uzes and a 45 minutes drive from the historic walled city of the Popes: Avignon.
Location
As the last house on the East side of the village, Clos de Verger enjoys the best views in Le Pin. Le Pin is a sleepy retreat with a church, a small park where the locals play boules (and are open to a challenge). The village is served by a bread delivery van straight from the 1950s bringing fresh baguettes and croissants every morning from the nearby bakery.
The dining/sitting room and adjacent terrace capitalises on the commanding panorama of the Rhone valley. Dining on the terrace, one can admire the stunning vistas of the vineyards stretching down to the evocative stone houses and towers of the medieval villages of Tresques and Saint-pons-la-Calme nestling into the lavender fields and poplar trees of the Rhone valley. On clear days Mont Ventoux (beloved of Van Gough and mountain cyclists alike) can be seen in the distance.

A travel cot, high chair and nappy changing facilities are available for younger guests.
