Wonderful private villa near the sea

Splendid villa immersed in the silence of the Sardinian countryside. The house is fully furnished and finished. Very suitable for families considering the size of indoor and outdoor spaces and the large private garden. The location of the house is enviable because only 3 km from the sea and the main village, without being in the middle of chaos. It is equipped with tables, chairs and services for eating inside and outside under the patios. Bed linen and towels and a fifth additional bed are available for guests.
The villa is ideal for those who want to experience Sardinia, even in the busiest months, staying close to beaches and country, but without sacrificing silence and privacy. Far from the noise, in fact, you wake up immersed in the silence of the countryside and the first thing you see when you wake up is the landscape of the countryside. The night, then, far from the lights of the town, is ideal for those who love to look at the starry sky. The large garden is available for guests for walks immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.
Passing through the entrance gate, you enter a small tree-lined driveway of about one hundred meters that leads to the villa, located on the left. On the right side of the driveway there are two other detached houses. In the property there is a parking space in a garage and other parking spaces are available in front of the villa itself. The villa consists of an entrance that overlooks the living room and a corridor that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the house. There is no air conditioning (we provide cooling-fans). Here there are two large bedrooms (one with a bathroom in the bedroom) and another bathroom. In the living area an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, bathroom) overlooks the large and bright living room (TV, radio) with a small service (washing machine), both from the sleeping area and from that day you can access outside the villa, composed of two large patios ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a small solarium which can be accessed through stairs where you can spread towels. For those who want there is an external brick shower to take a shower outdoors. The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden: olive trees, strawberry trees, oleanders, prickly pears and, of course, myrtle. The villa overlooks the beautiful landscape of the Sardinian countryside, with mountains that can be seen in the distance.
Check-in and check-out are managed by Mrs. Antonella who lives nearby and also takes care of the final cleaning.
The villa, as mentioned, is close to beaches and country. Santa Teresa di Gallura is in fact about 3 km away and can be reached by following the SP90. At about 2 km, before entering the town, there are supermarkets and discount stores for shopping, shops selling typical products, riding stables for those who love horses, restaurants, pizzerias and farmhouses.
There are numerous beaches reachable by car in a few minutes. Here are some of the most beautiful:
Rena Majori (3.5 km - 5 min by car): a very large beach which can be reached through a shady pine forest. The dunes of white and very soft sand puts even more emphasis on a limpid sea with extraordinary colors. The beach can be reached easily and offers a free and paid parking nearby. Never too crowded, even in high season, offers a couple of bars, a restaurant and in some small sections, deck chairs and umbrellas.
Rena Bianca (4.5 km - 9 min by car): also known as the "beach of the village", it is just below the village of Santa Teresa di Gallura. It has a very clean sea, like the whole area, fine and white sand and looks like a small protected inlet in front of Corsica. There are umbrellas, canoes, pedal boats, deck chairs, paid parking and a bar.
Capo Testa (7 km - 10 min by car): the beach of Capo Testa is divided in two by the road that ideally rewards the beach in Capo Testa "right" and "left", giving those who arrive there the spectacle of two seas. The particular position of the two beaches allows you to swim in any wind conditions. The water is crystal clear and the white sand. There is paid parking, the beach is both free and with establishment. The left side, given the shallow water near the shore, is ideal for small children.
