Hi Angela. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, and wonder whether you've recalled the correct property! South Winds is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, not on a main road. There are curtains in the bedrooms and the beds are of a standard size (as you note, the property normally gets great reviews). There is a huge, sunny, rear garden.
