This magnificent villa is surrounded by a view of the sea, the Amalfi Coast and the city of Salerno.

Private villa with private pool, private pool, private pool, private garden, private pool, private garden, private parking space and a private driveway .

The villa can accomodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 twin beds) and 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 outside shower, 1 large kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen) appliances and fridge), 1 living room with TV, 1 library room and free WiFi.

A caretaker resides in a house and you will be contacted.

The town of Vietri sul Mare is well known for its ceramics and is located in the Amalfi Coast (Ravello, Amalfi, Positano) as well as the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum and the cities of Naples and Salerno .

It takes five-minute from the villa to the city center, twenty to the nearest beach in the marina and fifteen to the train station of Vietri sul Mare.

The pool is closed during the month of April.

Beautiful house in a lovely setting, spectacular views. Only slight drawback of house, the showers are either freezing cold or scalding hot! All in all the pool was fantastic and cleaned daily. The hosts were helpful and fast to respond to queries.

The villa was amazing. The pool was always clean every morning and alfonso was always doing a great job. The villa is well maintained and we had a lot of fun. I would’ve stayed longer if I could. Mattia was also very helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend. Vietri sul mare is amazing.

Lovely spacious home in a very central location. The private pool and expansive outdoor space was excellent. We loved the central location and view but the port and restaurants below can be noisy.

Beautiful Villa

Location was excellent. It was a short walk to town and the coast. Views were amazing! The villa is beautiful and grounds are well cared for. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to questions.

Stunning villa in great location close to everything in Vietri sul Mare. The villa looks even better than in the pictures. It is close to downtown Vietri, where all the restaurants and shops are. The pool is a great addition especially when we visited, during a heat wave. There is AC in the bedrooms, again great during the summer heat wave. The kitchen is well stocked. There are various outdoor spaces for guests to spread out. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this villa.

A wonderful week spent in Vietri at this amazing villa , it is hard to describe the amount of space , the villa is huge and the grounds are extensive , you could easily get lost there, the property is merticulously maintained by the onsite caretaker who cleans the pool every day before you wake up and ensures everything is watered and tidied , the owners have taken great pride in organising family heirlooms throughout to give the villa a real sense of history , it was a pleasure to be able to stay here, if only for a week, we will definitely be back

Great spot for relaxing and as a jump-off sport to many things.

The six adults were very comfortable in the villa. The grounds are like a park. Great patios and decks for relaxing in the sun. The owners and caretaker were very helpful and bent over backwards to help us with dining when our arrival was delayed by a couple of hours. Grazie mille!

Beautiful view!

We stayed at this villa for two weeks with our 4 adult children, our son in law and our granddaughter who is two. The property is amazing!! Beautiful plants and amazing views!! A short walk into town to shopping and restaurants and the local people were very welcoming. There were lots of different spaces for our family to spread out. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about the property and Alfonso (the property manager) was a sweet guy! Came and cleaned the pool every morning and watered all of the beautiful plants. He noticed that we had clothes hung up everywhere (there were lots of us) and brought us two more drying racks! There is a Marina that is close by that you can hear, but that didn’t bother us at all! It was cool to see the boats coming in and out!

Wonderful authentic Italian villa

We loved this villa. It’s position just a short walk from the town of Vietri Sul Mare was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants and enough shops for provisions in the town. I’m not sure if you would need a car staying here as the bus stop was close and Salerno ,where the tour boats went from ,was about a 30 minute walk. The villa itself was large and it’s position on a hill overlooking the bay gave stunning views. There was plenty of outside space also with a lovely swimming pool. Everything was lovely and clean and a caretaker lived on site, in his own accommodation, so if we had had any problems there was always someone there. He even cooked a pasta meal for us one evening which was excellent. The villa does overlook the port which can be a bit noisy but we enjoyed watching the coming and goings. There is also a train line nearby but trains are not frequent so this didn’t cause us any problems. We did hire a car and found Vietri to be a very good area to be in as the tourist sites like Pompei , Vesuvius , Capri and the Amalfi coast were all easily accessible. I wouldn’t recommend driving the Amalfi coast , hairpin bends and mad drivers! Use the boats. We loved our time here and would certainly return.

The house is in a spectacular location. The outdoor spaces are plenty and amazing, the pool is larger than it looks in pictures. However each guest gets 1 towel, hand towel and face cloth. There are no extra towels or pool towels, however we did purchase and leave 6. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower head but no curtain, so it is a challenge to shower without getting water everywhere. The beds are very hard. The air conditioning is only in bedrooms and not in common spaces. But the bedrooms get nice and cool. The kitchen lacks drying clothes and dish cloths. We had to purchase our own and paper towels. Also there are ants, do not leave food out on the counters. Overall if you want a true coastal experience and you don’t mind a hard bed, this is a great place. My review is just to inform guests of some of the amenities that you’ll need to bring. We did have a great time.

This villa is walkable to the cutest town of Vietri sul Mare. It has gorgeous views and is large property that is well-appointed. Our biggest challenge was that the road leading to the property has some very tight corners with cars parked along the sides. We had a van and when parked cars encroached on the corners it was near impossible to navigate the turns. So I would avoid any sizable vehicle.

Nydelig villa

Stor og flott villa. Veldig fin og koselig uteplass med nydeleg utsikt. Bassenget blei reingjort hver dag. Vietri sul mare er ein liten koselig by med små koselige butikker og restauranter. Det var lite turister.

Herausragende Lage, Objekt in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage mit Aussicht und Umgebung waren einfach fantastisch. Auch die Kommunikation und Housekeeper Omar waren sehr gut. Allerdings ist die Villa einigermaßen verwohnt und es wird allenfalls das Nötigste investiert. Die Betten sind bis auf die Einzelbetten eine einzige Katastrophe. Von daher unterm Strich auch bei der Lage und Größe zu teuer.

Thank you very much for your review, much appreciated. However, please do note that our villa is not an IKEA-style accomodation: the old furniture dates back to the 1700 and it has been in the family ever since. It is part of the family heritage and one of the peculiarities of the villa.

A great Italian home with an awesome view

We spent 8 days with 7 people in this house and really had a great time! The house is 5 minutes (by car) from salerno and right at Vietri sul mare! The hug garden, the big house, the clean pool and the outstanding view is just incredible. Mr. Omar (the caretaker of the House) is always close by to help but leaves you all the privacy you wish for during vacation. And even with our three kids it was the Perfect House. Thank you again... especially for the good lunch Mr. Omar cooked for us one day. We will defenetly come back!
